The staff was so rude because we were from Florida. She tried to charge us $500 for a room little does she know I’m originally from the area. This hotel is located in an unsafe area of Nashville. The staff was so rude because we were from Florida. She tried to charge us $500 for a room little does she know I’m originally from the area. This hotel is located in a unsafe area of Nashville. There was a shooting within 10 minutes of the hotel with casualties. It’s not in the heart of Nashville. The hotel is falling apart. The staff is very rude and mean would not even make eye contact. Please do not stay here. There is much nicer places with nicer people who are willing to help. Not to mention the original pricing of the room for three days was $200. She also charged us fees on top of everything and we didn’t even get to stay there. She won’t respond about my refund. We had to abandon our trip early it’s just sad that some people like this exist in our world Sad to be honest.
