When we came back after cleaning and repair, one bag of clothes missing from room. 3 employees at frontdisk didn’t want to help, they got angry and told us to wait for next day. Next day front desk told us it was our own mistake, because the clothes was in a white plastic bag, cleaning will think it is garbage. No investigation, no compensation, no service. If you are used to Holiday inn clean hotels, dont use this...

"Our mattress sucked and the pillows were awful. The bathroom could have been cleaned way better. Toilet was dirty inside and not enough towels. There was a m&m that was there on the carpet when we arrived and asked the staff to please freshen our room. The cleaning people came with new towels but forget to clean the bathroom. Front desk was terrific."

"The property was very clean and excellent in every way. The only issue we had was that the bathroom sink did not drain properly. We only stayed one night, but I brought it to the attention of the front desk on the morning of our departure and I believe it was promptly reported to maintenance."
