"The room we were given did not have a number on it. Hard to locate, renovations in the room across the hall made for a bit disturbing noises. Pool wasn't very clean and none of the pool tables for sitting were available. Over all, just a "meh" hotel."

"Day 2 our Keys didn’t work, instead of a new room we had to wait for repair. When we came back after cleaning and repair, one bag of clothes missing from room. 3 employees at frontdisk didn’t want to help, they got angry and told us to wait for next day. Next day front desk told us it was our own mistake, because the clothes was in a white plastic bag, cleaning will think it is garbage. No investigation, no compensation, no service. If you are used to Holiday inn clean hotels, dont use this...
