This small gîte "Randos-Belle Rive" for 5 people is ideally located, whether you are looking for accommodation for a holiday, a business trip, a visit to relatives... About 30 kilometres from Toulouse, close to the A64 motorway and Muret train station (a shuttle stops 500m from the gîte), access is easy and the possibilities for activities are countless. For hikers, the GR86 (Path of Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle) and the Via Garona pass in front of the door! The gîte is located at the foot of the 12th century chapel of St Amans, renovated by the Historic Monuments in 2000, offering an exceptional view of the Pyrenees and the Garonne plain. An open-air market is held in Estantens every Thursday. In a calm and preserved natural environment, far from the hustle and bustle, this independent gîte is located on the property of Diego and Anita, the owners. The entrance gate is shared but the outdoor areas and residential buildings are well separated. A courtyard allows you to park a vehicle (another can park in front of the gate). The small house has a tiled terrace in front of the door and a small garden at the back for eating outside. Pets not allowed. Single-storey gîte: entrance, large living room composed of a dining area and a lounge area (sofa bed for 2 people in 140cm). A serving hatch connects the dining area to the independent kitchen, which opens onto the garden. Shower room/WC. A corridor distributes two bedrooms: a small bedroom (1 bed for 1 person in 90cm), a double bedroom (1 bed for 2 people in 140cm). Reversible air conditioning in the living room. Possibility of an extra bed for 1 person in 90 on request, within the limit of respecting the reception capacity set at 5 people maximum.
