There was some trouble with our terrase-door, where it didn't lock. But they had one come over the next day and fix it. "This was great for our family of five. It was a perfect resort for non party goers. The only thung that was a but confusing was the dining/buffet part. For breakfast, we were looking for bacon but thought there was no bacon. Then found out 3rs day in, you need to ask for it. Also, during buffet, you can also prder from the menu. This whole time we thought there a surcharge if we ordered from the menu. The resort is also cashless. It's fine because we brought cash for tipping."

"The property's cleanliness and beauty were impressive. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Various events and activities were available, such as live music, karaoke, dancing, and children's programs. The availability of food and snacks everywhere ensured we never felt hungry. The exceptional hospitality from arrival onwards made us feel truly valued. "

"Great location. Nice common area by the water. Nachos taste artificial, but breakfast was good, you can have fresh friut with yogurt. Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the aircon was broken and very noisy. I wrote this as feedback to the check-in process to Expedia, and to my pleasant surprise, they called maintenance to switch it of, even in the middle of the night.
