The Space - Clean & very spacious with an en suite Full private Bathroom. Well Lit huge room furnished with Queen sized bed, 3 Drawer Dresser, Garment rack, Sofa, Coffee Table, Work Table & Chair. Free Parking & Internet!
15 mins from Toronto Pearson International Airport. Walking distance to Financial Drive & Mississauga Road. Close to all major Highways, University of Toronto Mississauga, Heartland & Square one Mall. A minute walk to Bus stop & 5 mins to GO station.
Local attractions within 20 mins: Waterpark, Snowboarding, Skiing, Ice-skating, Fishing, Hiking, Swimming, Golf, Basketball, Cycling, Waterparks, Zoo, Sledding & Wildlife Viewing!!!!
This Suite can sleep 3 - So it has a Queen size bed which sleeps 2 and a couch which can sleep 1. There's an extra charge of $15 per guest if more than 2 guests.
Please note that the kitchen is not available. However there are a lot of eating joints including Coffee shops nearby. Also, there are a lot of home delivery for food services available, priced reasonably. Since kitchen is not available, washing of dishes etc. are not allowed. There will be extra charges per day in case if there is any usage of Electric appliances (kitchen) etc.
Please DO NOT move around the furniture at the property.
There is a Laundromat few minutes away from this place in case if the guests want Laundry facility.
NOTE: After the booking confirmation, you will be able to see the address where you will be staying under 'Reservation details'. Please double check the address so that you don't ring/knock at any of my neighbors homes to avoid any discomfort to them.
Guest access - The guests have access to the Suite where they will stay and the private washroom which is next to the Suite. Besides the Suite and the private washroom, the guests do not have access to any other property in the Listing.
Other things to note -
* Our laundry is done during weekends (either Saturdays or Sundays) which is downstairs in a room near the Suite and a time can be decided upon between the guest and me for the same. Also, please do not open the Laundry room, there is a printed sign on that door which says not to open it.
* Please expect sounds of Electric appliances, walking etc. from the above Ground level since the suite is in the basement.
* Microwaves/kitchen electric appliances/Laundry are not allowed to be used please!
