Best for couple of 2 or small family or group of friends if don’t mind use sleeping futon, up to total 4 persons. It is a classic 20+ years apartment on the top floor but the house interior is renovated.
Ideally located in a very quiet local Japanese neighborhood "Higashi Nagasaki" station, and close to biggest hub area Ikebukuro! Best place to rest after a hectic day in Tokyo. Lots of sunlight 3 sides during a sunny day.
Convenient store 1 minute, 5 minutes easy walk to the nearest station “Higashi Nagasaki”. There are hidden restaurants and cafes near by.

The Space
This is real Japanese neighborhood HOUSE top floor, interior is a humble renovated 2 rooms apartment with balcony. The best of western and Japanese rooms.
A double bed and a fold down sofa bed or 2 Japanese futons. 3 air conditions/heaters, flat screen TV, Super Fast max 200Mbps WiFi, hot bath, shower, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, washing machine, mircowave, toaster, refrigerator, iron, full kitchen, cooking tools.

Guests can have whole apartment with total privacy. You can use everything in the condo. These are provided:

Booking guidelines:
Please read the following house rules before booking:
- neighbors are sensitive to noises especially at night.
- prefer no late check in later than 9pm, which means airport arrival at 6pm latest because it may take guest 3 hours to get to city from arrival time. Check in before midnight still possible for small group and notify me before booking.
Check out cannot be earlier than 7am unless you notify me.
- Japanese local neighbors like it very quiet and clean, so please respect our culture without party, TV or loud voice and keep it clean.
- Of course no drug. Cigarettes allow only at balcony ashtray available if needed, not at doorway or outside the house.
- Super fast WiFi is free but I recommend you get your own SIM card at airport as well.
- Japanese new lodging law require all hosts to keep a record of ALL guests passport copy when for Japan tourism future references. Also your photo taken at the apartment to confirm guests actual arrival.
