"I loved the property and being from the area I wished I would have known about it sooner. My only suggestion is to update the space. Updated decor would be more inviting but overall great space"

"If you’re looking for a great place to stay in the cocoa beach area this place is for you. Located on the water, the kids went fishing and kayaking! Has a big pool and jacuzzi and minutes from the beach. Everyone had a great time, we will definitely return!"

"A few more supplies such as garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper were sparse for a large party. House was clean, good response time, pool was green when we got there due to a recent storm, but they were out the next day and it was usable again. Beach items were available so we didn’t have to worry about umbrellas or chairs, even had boogy boards for the kids to use. We had a great stay."

"It was an dog friendly apartment with a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! It was clean and had great furniture and coastal decor. We entered through a cover lanai/porch. There were two separate doors that led out into two different backyards for the dogs."

"We had a great time staying at this Vrbo. It was clean, the beds were comfy, and the location was very central to several great places in the Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area. We only had to walkd two minutes to see the Falcon 9 launch into space with a crew. "

"This house was amazing! We loved everything about it. Bruce was available any time to answer any questions that we had. We saw dolphins swim past the dock daily and even one night saw manatees. The birds that fly by the property are absolutely beautiful. You could also fish right from the dock. This house is close to many restaurants and activities. There is a lot of fun things to do close by. Just a short drive over to Cocoa Beach to enjoy the beach, mini golf ,great restaurants and shops. We...

"Very convenient to the port. Very clean and inviting. I wish I would have booked another day or two. Only negatives were that maintenance came at 8am while we were sleeping. He knocked said maintenance and by the time I got to the door he was already walking in. He apologized and said he would come back later, but then goes around to the slider and is making all kinds of noise. Clearly wasn’t thinking about disturbing us then we got a late check out of 11am, but at 10:50 knock knock and before I...
