The suite created a home away from home vibe. Very clean and spacious, centrally located. The complimentary breakfast was great providing a variety of dishes! Will surely stay there again when I’m in town visiting family

Stayed in the suites and it was spacious, with a room and bathroom, for each guest that was cleaned and well stocked. The outside windows were dusty and did not allow a view of the outside.

We had booked 2 rooms and they did not have one room ready until almost 4 hrs past the check in time. Rest was OK.

Will be back
We were in Tiruvalla visiting family from Canada. The KGA elite is a very great place in the middle of Tiruvalla. It is a western style hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and have air conditioning. There is plenty of rickshaws available because the hotel is next door to the bus station. The food is excellent at breakfast, in the cafe and at the restaurant. We will be staying here when we come back.

The check in process was horrible. Without any assistance we were given the card keys for the 4th floor room. It was wide open and pitch dark. There were a few people drinking in the adjacent room . Unable to use the room we went back and got ourselves another room on another floor. Dead tired , we ignored the empty beer and liquor bottles in the passage. KGN Elite should either stop letting out their rooms to influential tipplers or have effective arrangements to keep it subdued and employ people to clean up promptly. We check in late no doubt but managing the infrastructure without adequate manpower is unacceptable. This was and is my favorite hotel and hence looking forward to improvements. Please take the feedback proactively

Dear Guest, First of all I apologized for the inconvenience caused to you due to check in time. In the night after 10 PM there is only one bellboy on duty. While your check in time he was with another check in. When we changed the room he assisted you to show the room in my knowledge.Any way we assure that it will not happen in the future visit. Unexpected!
Check-in was smooth, Staff was friendly. Disappointed with quality of breakfast. It was very poor. If they have a good manager this will be resolved. Ver good location.

Fantastic hotel!
Staff are very nice and helpful! Clean spacious and comfortable rooms! Menu has changed recently but still very delicious food options. Location is perfect, within walking distance to KSRTC bus station, banks, shopping, churches and more!

Rooms are spacious, food is good though limited but thats fine. Staff are excellent. Location is ideal. Property is probably the best in the city, there's no one else quite like it . Wifi could be a lot better. Amenities in room are good and well maintained. BUT I saw a build up of cockroaches in bathroom that could become a full blown epidemic soon. Pest control please immediately!!

Check in was efficient but frontage of hotel needs improvement especially for drop off and luggage handling Room was average quality and with basic amenities Needs refurbishment especially for the steps leading to room and bathroom which are hazardous for older guests There was no fridge in the room Breakfast was of fairly good quality but should start much earlier than 730 am for guests to attend functions and meetings Check out was efficient

Location was clean. Breakfast buffet (included) was quite good! Hot water took a while to arrive but once hot, it didn't run out. I would stay here again.
