The Studio restaurant was one of the best we dined at. All the other restaurants on the grounds were very good. Only area for improvement if possible is the valet area took long time to get car when they have weddings etc taking place..Suggest they re design have 2 lanes . "A beautiful facility in a very nice location and onsite amenities, the room was spacious, clean and nicely fitted, I just wish room service was like done as promised, had to ask for a refresh after 3 days of no service at all, staff were super nice and supportive though, Parking is expensive and not included in the booking fee."

I am Danish and forgot my passport, but I had a picture of it on my phone and my American friend offered HIS identification. She did not want that. She made it seem impossible for us to check in. Like we woud have to leave - too bad!
Then she finally called her boss who obviously told her to let us check in!

"Loved my room with kitchenette. Everything was fairly clean and hotel staff was amazing. My only note is my room did smell a little bit like wet dog. Otherwise, it was good value and great location. "
