All of the details in the design, the location, complimentary e-bike use, super cute rooms, lovely view, staff was friendly and accommodating, breakfast and coffee was really great. I was so in love with all the bougainvillea on the property, the tiles, the record player in our room. So modern yet quaint and unique.
My only note is that the rooms are tiny. It was fine for just my husband and myself. It’s just smaller than a standard room. Our feet...

"There was a glitch with our room but Samantha at the front desk was super helpful. She took care of the issue and gave superb customer service.
The property is very nice and it has a nostalgic feel of an earlier time in California. We will definitely come back."

"One of the most beautiful and exquisite properties I've ever stayed at. Everything from design and layout to the amenities and even staff, was incredible. Tons of spots that you can literally just relax and pass time in private moments while being surrounded by beauty. I'd rate this hotel with the highest rating available."

"The check-in was uncomfortable. The lady behind the counter basically seemed like she was having a bad day. I am Danish and forgot my passport, but I had a picture of it on my phone and my American friend offered HIS identification. She did not want that. She made it seem impossible for us to check in. Like we woud have to leave - too bad!
Then she finally called her boss who obviously told her to let us check in!
