"Awesome place to stay. "

"The mall is directly behind the hotel. Plenty of food around. Did not like how the staff treat that my elderly parents as they were waiting for their ride. They're in their mid 70s so they were not walking around much but they told me they felt unwanted and uncomfortable how the south treating them. Breakfast was very mediocre."

"The staff were all very pleasant and friendly and the room was nice and clean. The omelets were excellent and the fruit was nice and fresh. I would recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Nashville or farther South. "

"Our room was clean and larger than expected. There were any double queen rooms left, but the king with the tocca bed worked perfectly for our family of four! Breakfast had lots of options and staff did a wonderful job of making sure everything was stocked as it was a very busy due to kids sporting event that must have been going on. Great location as well!"

"The coffee station was well stocked but not kept warm throughout the day. The renovations were not intrusive but closed the gym. The television in the room randomly shut off a few times. Not sure why. Otherwise everything was as expected. The breakfast bar was always stocked with good and fresh food. All of the staff was nothing but friendly and courteous. "

"I was upset that I had to Give a credit card when I checked in to pay to park! I paid almost 400 For a night stay and also have to pay to park at the hotel!!! "
