"The room is not spacious. We stayed at different Hilton the previous two nights and would book versus this Hilton brand"

"Lobby was very nice and check in was easy. Breakfast was not included but we added it to our stay. It was ok but basically the same as any hotel free breakfast. Room was adequate but could have been a little cleaner basically everywhere. We were only there for one night so it was a good value but might look elsewhere for a vacation stay."

"Day 2 our Keys didn’t work, instead of a new room we had to wait for repair. When we came back after cleaning and repair, one bag of clothes missing from room. 3 employees at frontdisk didn’t want to help, they got angry and told us to wait for next day. Next day front desk told us it was our own mistake, because the clothes was in a white plastic bag, cleaning will think it is garbage. No investigation, no compensation, no service. If you are used to Holiday inn clean hotels, dont use this...

"Brug ikke Hotels.com de snyder dig for din bonus. De vil først give dig den 35 dage efter sidst ophold. Så du kan ikke bruge den på rejsen"

"The first room I was put in had a water bug in the sink and both shower doors slid to the right if not pushed firmly to the left. So I was quickly moved to a wonderful room, with no such issues. The staff are absolutely wonderful, from the room cleaners to the front desk - hard working and cheerful, and always very helpful. They understand gracious hospitality better than most."

"Good morning breakfast. Bar on site was nice. outdoor seating with firepits were an added amenity. One elevator was not functioning, however. We had the king suite which was very nice. Expedia booked a Handicapped room for some reason however we changed to the standard room upon arrival."

"Very friendly staff, and nice fresh room."

"I ended up on a delayed flight and had a very late check-in. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly."

"The room was clean and cleaned properly each day. We were not aware of the daily parking fee for self-parking which is a total rip-off. There are acres of parking. This is not a city hotel. We could simply have parked at an adjacent office building and saved $36. Also IG would have been nice to have a coffee bar in the lobby in the Norwich we have had at other Hilton’s."
