"Excellent stay. Clean, comfortable hotel in a great location. Susan manages the breakfast area and she is friendly and keeps the bar stocked with a variety of fresh, hot food. She always remembers our family from prior stays. The lady at the front desk in the mornings is also very kind and helpful. She gave our kids coloring books and crayons. The beds are comfortable and the AC works well. The water pressure in the bathroom isn’t the strongest but overall this is our “go-to” hotel in Plano. "

"Breakfast was good, internet was great as was tv offered. Only a couple of negatives, bed was not the most comfortable and it made a lot of noise when rolling over, the other thing is laminate floors not typical of an upscale hotel chain. Carpeting would be better and quieter."

"Our AC went out and we needed someone to go for the weekend. This hotel has been perfect! Family of 5 so we had a room with 2 queens and pull out sofa plus small kitchenette. Hotel room is spacious, clean, and comfortable! Great customer service, great breakfast and very clean!"

This hotel was very nice - the room was big and comfortable, the swimmingpool was clean, the breakfast buffet Very varying and the staff at the front desk was friendly, smiling and service-minded. The location is not for a nice walk in the area......But it did not matter for us. We made a reservation for 2 nights and extended it with 2 nights more. After 2 weeks we wanted to come back, but the hotel was unfortunately fully...
