Waited over 10 mins for attendant to come to. The counter to check us in, they then proceeded to be on the phone the whole time.
Overwhelming smell of cleaning prodicts in the lobby, and boday odors in the room.

"We stayed 8 nights at Element Dallas Richardson, traveling from Toronto with our family for the Dallas Cup.
Honestly, I’ve been trying to find something negative to say, but I can’t.
The staff were incredible, always friendly, smiling, and one step ahead of everything. Small things made a big difference: helping us print documents in color by going out of their way, or bringing fresh towels to the pool area even when we were just sitting outside.

"Do not stay in this hotel. The hotel was dirty we had dirty towels and bedding in our room. I call the font desk just for them to tell me to bring the dirty towels to the front desk and for me to look for housekeeping to ask them for clean towels and sheets. The restroom had mold.
The hotel try so hard to cover the bad smell with deodorizer but it really didn't help. The beds will sqaek really bad when we will sit or lay on lt. I call expedia to report the hotel but also Expedia didn't do much...
