"The house was as advertised. Plenty of room for grandkids to play. They enjoyed the pool. It was a 2 block walk to the beach. With the provided wagon it was easy to haul everything that was needed. The elevator was nice to have when unloading car and then loading it back up to leave. The only issue we had was when we attempted to grill burgers on the grill. "Beach towels would be nice. The showers upstairs both leak onto the floor even if door is closed. The place is tired and needs to be throughly cleaned. Many items were broken or damaged which left a poor impression. For how it was pictured it did not meet the same standards as we expected. I would not have booked this unit had I known of the maintenance needs. "
