"It was a great location...very close to downtown Fredericksburg. Beds were comfy and overall the home was nice. Couple of things could use improvement though. There was no dish soap in the kitchen...there was a dish drain, sponge and hand soap, but nothing to wash dishes with. Also, being that Fredericksburg is a huge wine community, you would think there would be some matching wine glasses available. There were a few wine glasses, but some plastic and nothing I would consider a traditional wine...

"Amazing stay. Right on the water, very beautiful. My gf and our dogs had an amazing time. Everything you need in the house. Close enough to town but far enough away to be nice and quiet. Just enough the sound of the waves. "

"This space is so beautifully decorated and well kept. It is in a great location within walking distance of bars, restaurants and shopping. Every detail was well appointed, from the ceramic dishes and good quality bathroom towels to the nice sheets and adorable coffee cart. The only thing to note is that the refrigerator is very tiny and hotel sized and there is no stove/oven other than a hotplate. But other than that we had a fantastic stay."

"This little two bedroom home was attached to others, but still felt very private in the back of this area where there were several apartments. We stated number 202. Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows, couches were very comfortable. All in all we four had a very nice overnight stay and wish we could’ve stayed two nights.
