Nedslidt hotel - super betjening - god mad.
Alle kundevendte medarbejdere var topprofessionelle og smilende, yderst venlige. Dog med een undtagelse, der desværre trækker ned. Er i baren 17.50 - den lukker kl. 18. Den sure bartender oplyser, at der er lukket - først efter min oplysning om, at "jeg troede du lukker kl. 18" ville han surt betjene mig. Ærgerligt. Selve hotellet er gammelt, og det kan man se overalt. Senge, badeværelse, møbler osv. Fin mad i buffet restaurant - stort udvalg og veltillavet. Absolut prisen værd, men absolut ikke 5* - max 4* Dårlig wifi - lever ikke op til dagens standard.

Kvalitetshotel med jævnt mad-niveau
Hotellet og servicen er der ikke noget at klage over. Kvalitet af værelser er over middel, tingene fungerer og personalet er høflige, venlige og servicemindede. Når det er sagt er det et koncepthotel - all inclusive - med hvad det indebærer. dvs. børnefamilier (mange engelske) og maden /kvaliteten i en stor og varieret buffet er ok men ikke i top.

Alt var i tip-top stand, alt fungerede perfekt. Maden var pragtfuld, fine råvarer, bedste kvalitet, stort udvalg af lækkerier både morgen, middag og aften. Beliggenhed og udsigt er enestående. De ansatte var venlige og hjælpsomme. Vores værelse var virkelig dejligt, selvfølgelig rent! Boblebadekar! Aircondition. Gratis WIFI på værelset. Badeværelset handicap-venligt! Den opvarmede pool VAR virkelig 28 grader, som den skulle være, selv på en halvkølig februardag. Indretningen på såvel værelser som alle hotelbygningerne og området bærer præg af gennemtænkt arkitektur, smukke farver og materialer, rustik stil med naturen som gennemgående tema. Unikt, inspirerende. All inclusive ER virkelig alt inklusive - vi behøvede overhovedet ikke at have pungen frem undtagen for at give nogle velfortjente drikkepenge ind imellem. Alt i alt: spergodt luksushotel, lever til fulde op til de fem stjerner, det har.

Hotellets a la carte restaurant er ikke en gourmet restaurant. Priserne for de tilbudte retter og vine er ikke ok - forholdet kvalitet /pris er ikke anbefalingsværdigt. Maden er af almindelig standard - og burde derfor ikke pris sættes væsentligt højere end hotelles almindelige buffet. Benyt kun denne restaurant, hvis opholdet er af så lang varighed - at spisning her tilbydes uden ekstra beregning.

God oplevelse
Dejlig ferie på godt all-incl hotel med lækre opvarmede pools, skøn mad og professionelt serviceminded personale. Hotellet er forholdsvist nyt med store lækre værelser med balkon osv. Finish på byggeriet manglede dog stadig, da mange ting på fx. badeværelser hang og dinglede osv. Vi kunne sagtens finde på at tage dertil igen.

Hotellet er ud fra bellighed, indretning mm. en 4 stjernet hotel. Maden, vinen og servicen er maksimalt en 3+. Sammenlignet med f.eks. krydstogt vil hotellet således få et 3 eller 3+. Servicen er ikke imponerende, De fleste tjener kan kun tale spansk og meget lidt engelsk og tysk.

Et rigtig dejligt hotel med mange gode faciliteter og generelt en rigtig god standard. Der bliver gjort rigtig meget for at den store buffet hele tiden er indbydende og den er meget varieret. De mange forskellige pools gør, at man ikke føler stedet er så stort som det rent faktisk er, og det var let at finde ledige solstole og parasoller. Kun to ting levede bestemt ikke op til forventningerne: Hotellet er meget lydt, hvilket kan undre en, når det kun er 2 år gammelt. Man kunne stort set høre alt hvad der foregik i de omkring liggende værelser: Bad, hårtørring, hosten, barnegråd... Hotellets aftenshow, som blev promoveret hver eneste dag både af personalet og på skærme rundt omkring var af så lav standard, at det havde været bedre hvis der ikke var noget show. Håber, at det kun var fordi det var lavsæson og at showet har mere at byde på senere på sæsonen.

Recently stayed at this hotel for 4 days celebrating a special birthday as a girls holiday and overall we were impressed, the facilities that we visited frequently (pool and bar!) were indeed 5* including being spoilt with some impressive live singing and dancers during the day. Victoria was absolutely amazing and could not have done enough for us, thank you Victoria. The al a carte restaurant was amazing and the staff were indeed 5*, as well as the cocktail & coffee making We couldn’t fault the location with it only being 15mins away from the airport and little further away from Los Christianos & Playa Da Américas We did come across some negatives, the rooms were big and spacious but the service let us down, the tea/coffee station was not refilled on a daily basis even after we asked reception. We ordered an iron which took 4 phone calls and still didn’t arrive after 50mins. The hotel boasts about being 5* but we found all the bars closed at 12am, even though it was advertised 2:30am We were on a girls holiday and were told to keep the noise down on several occasions, given our trip was out of school holidays there was little risk of disturbing children. Probably the most disturbing experience was the courtesy room, where we could shower and change after check out, being 5* we expected basic amenities, such as towels, which were not provided, the smell and basis hygiene of the area was quite disturbing.

Nice property, good selection of outdoor pools. Good buffet. Nice staff. Room was a good size, decent cleanliness but quite a few things that needed fixing (some of which were fixed over the course of our stay). Bed hadn’t been made up as a double as requested and took a long time to rectify.

This hotel would be perfect if just wanted to sunbathe and not go anywhere as there is very little to do around the property so it’s quite isolated. However the hotel is lovely the staff are great and the food very good

Booking here was a mistake - this resort caters to millennials with children and is not particularly friendly to late career adults. No dining that wasn’t an IKEA style buffet. Happily, it was a short stay enroute to another destination. We won’t be back - tourists are generally unwelcome here in our experience.

Birthday trip March 2024 We stayed 4 nights at the Barceló Tenerife hotel for my husbands early birthday trip The hotel is only 15 mins from airport The checkin was really quick as we checked in online before arrival The staff at reception were really nice we had the standard room which was very spacious and with balcony area which was lovely rooms were cleaned every day the heated pool was amazing just by the bar area We were all inclusive Drinks were all original and not watered down. Bar staff were really nice the food was really good with plenty of options to choose from my husband and I would like to say a very big thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful and we will definitely returning again.

Good location and nice staff. Hotel is getting a bit dated. Not a 5 star but a 4 star. We took the breakfast and dinner package. Breakfast was repetitive but fine. We decided to dine out at the local restaurants as the buffet had no ambiance. Not even any music. We would stay again but not take the dinner package.

Beautifully designed hotel with lovely planting of local flowers and shrubs. Rooms comfortable with good views from the balcony. Great swimming pools and marvellous location next to the sea. Restaurants served good food with lots of choice. Staff invariably friendly. Amusing and entertaining evening shows. One or two concerns: our beds were on wheels which tended to move around despite the brakes being on. Annoying drilling noise by the adult pool while some kind of repair work was being done. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Nice hotel - not ideal for disable people
Nice hotel near to the airport and the main resorts - only downside it was set on a hill. The entrance was at the top of the hill with the rooms cascading down each side of the pools to the main buffet restaurant at the bottom of the hill Which meant a lot of walking from one end to another (we had a car) which was parked at the top There are lifts but not directly to the buffet restaurant and not in each block - so we had to walk to the next block (away from the restaurant) to get a lift and then had to walk down the ramp ways to to the buffet Not easy to work out where best to go… We had to eat late as the entertainment was next to the restaurant- outside (take a jumper) so that we didn’t have to keep walking backwards and forwards to the room.. There are no disable parking spaces (made into electrical points) so it’s on a first come basis…if you can get a space. There was a buggy to help people around - it was a two seater that they crammed three people into - we only used it once as it wasn’t safe… On other point the food was just ok…if you went later in the evening then some of the main items had finished…like the joints of meat…there wasn’t enough staff to cope with the numbers and we where left waiting for drinks - felt really sorry for them…..

Das Hotel ist wirklich richtig schön und durch die flächige Verteilung trifft man außer am Pool, selbst wenn das Hotel ausgebucht ist, auf wenig Leute und hat viel Privatsphäre. Das All-inclusive Buffet hat jeden Tag ein neues Thema und bietet eine große Auswahl. Das Hotel bietet täglich Workshops oder Aktivitäten an. Auch der Sparbereich ist angenehm. Alles wird über eine App organisiert, soweit ich weis ist diese nur auf Englisch, aber sehr übersichtlich und selbst erklärend. Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind schön groß, sauber und mit offenem Badezimmer, das aber geschlossen werden kann. Je nach Windrichtung hört man die Flugzeuge landen oder starten, diese fliegen auch über das Hotel hinweg, da der Flughafen mit dem Auto nur 30 min entfernt liegt. Wir haben dies aber nicht als störend war genommen. Im Zimmer hat man nichts gehört. Das Hotel können wir also nur weiterempfehlen würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Eines der besten Hotels, in dem wir je waren. Wir waren Ende Oktober, Anfang November da, das Wetter war sehr gut, man konnte im Meer schwimmen und die Sonne genießen.

Really lovely hotel. Everywhere was very clean and all staff were happy to help and couldn’t do enough for you. The food was all very nice with a good selection to choose from. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable and very large! Only negative I can think of is that the pool was freezing to the point no one was in it. Overall though it was a really good holiday and would definitely reccomend.

Die Anlage ist sehr gross. Ein Labyrinth bis man ein Zimmer oder z.B. das Gym findet. Essen war sehr gut. Sauberkeit in den Zimmer hat viel Luft nach oben. Flüglärm den ganzen Tag. Preis-/Leistung ist in Ordnung. Zimmer sind grosszügig.

The buffet food was good, but the desserts were amazing! I am still thinking about that wonderful mango mousse! The walking path next to the ocean was fantastic and went for miles! Very convenient to get to hotel via taxi.
