"This was our fifth year of snowbirding through VRBO and this property and location were the best ever. Everything was exactly as described and pictured and if anything, the photos did not do the property justice. The owner and onsite troubleshooter were extremely responsive on the couple of small issues that came up, exceeding our expectations. Items and supplies that we felt were necessary to bring in the past were all there. The location is also far closer to downtown Naples and other sites...

"The property was nice. The house is in an older developing neighborhood. There are 4 nice houses on the street. The other houses are old and trailer homes. We witnessed a drug deal across the street on an abandoned lot. Once the community is complete and updated hopefully it will be better with security. There was only one television in the house and it’s downstairs away from the bedrooms. There is no dresser space in the bedrooms. You will have to either hang everything or keep it in the...

"We liked the location of this property on a quiet (off the main drag) street yet close to downtown Naples. The pool was terrific. Laundry on outside covered deck was helpful. Kitchen small but effective with nice view of pool. TVs smart and good for kids. Dinning Room table easily sat all of us. Cleaning guy Chris was fab. Would stay again. thxs"

"We arrived about a half hour early but the house was all ready. All the rooms were clean and neatly decorated. The huge kitchen could easily handle our large family. Everyone enjoyed the large pool. There was a bar with stools, an outside table with chairs and chaise lounges at poolside. In the listing says that there’s a SPA but we didn’t see it. The beds were very comfortable with four bedrooms on the 1st floor and two upstairs. There’s also a dock behind the house and a few fish were caught....

"We loved our stay at Villa Marco. The house is spacious and had everything we needed. With 4 BR and 2 1/2 Baths it was perfect. It had plenty of room for our family/friend vacation of 8 adults. The pool was amazing too! Close driving distance to everything. We are already checking our calendars for a return visit!"

"All new appliances. Very convenient to downtown and near the Botanical Gardens and pickleball courts. Pool and health club were well maintained. Minor issue with the fridge, which owner quickly resolved, and had maintenance there the next day to fix. I would definitely stay there again."

"We have been on a roadtrip with 6 hotels, and this was for sure the best stay! the hotel/location was amazingly well held, room enourmeous and so very clean - the room had everything we needed, and we loved sitting on the terrase watching people golf (we dont golf ourselfes)! the pool area was calm and clean, the water clean as well. We liked the staff, and we had all the information we needed. Kitchen huge and very well equipped. Great stay, we would for sure come back"
