We loved the staff at the reception and the fifth floor dining. So friendly and helpful. They found a local English speaking doctor to come to our room when we were in need. The room was comfortable and felt roomy. The balcony was delightful for city views and sunsets. The Nespresso, coffee options, mini fridge and safe all worked great. The rooftop terrace and breakfast were wonderful too.

Great little spot in Jaffa
This hotel is a little hard to find but well worth it. It’s in a very cool neighborhood with tons of restaurants and cool shops. The bakery and little cheese/sandwich/ wine bar next to the bakery is awesome. There is also a lovely little bar directly across from the hotel that is lovely. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bathroom is very functional and hip. I can’t comment on breakfast as I didn’t try it

Love this place! What a great hotel, the staff was super friendly and welcoming, amazing decoration throughout the hotel. Delicious breakfast fresh & healthy on the rooftop We stayed there for three times and will definitely book this fantastic hotel again on our next visit.

Numa is true jewel not only by its close location to the beaches, exceptinal dining options, but most of by the service you receive. It starts with the breakfast that has variety of salads, cheeses, olives, to be finished with delicate deserts, fruits, and coffee. Choose inside or outside as you like, your experience wi be equallly memorable. Take a short walk to the beach or shop through the shops in the Old Yaffo. Visit museums, take a break in one of cafes. You day will be filled with unique experiences and pictures to share.

Amazing hotel
We had a very enjoyable stay! The hotel is beautifully designed, with quality furniture and art! The service was outstanding, especially at breakfast! Lots of restaurants nearby, close to the beach. Will definitely stay again!

European style boutique hotel, I was concerned about distance to city centre after booking but needn't have been as it's a simple and cheap bus journey, the nearby tourist info are very helpful in providing all the information you need, as opposed to the hotel staff, who weren't very helpful. The fifth floor terrace and 24/7 free coffee is a bonus, but the area is spoilt by the same music playing morning, noon and night, every day, I don't know who the singer was bit sounded like a cat being strangled. Music to die to. Very comfortable bed. The property is listed as VIP on Expedia yet even though I'm gold status I didn't receive any perks, not even a welcome drink as other reviews state. I did ask about the possibility of an upgrade and was told yes initially but when I returned to the hotel later that day a grumpy male member of staff told me the hotel was fully booked so l couldn't change,there was availability of better rooms showing on their own website and Expedia though for the rest of the week so don't know what the problem was, they shouldn't be listed as VIP of not willing to offer perks as it's not in the spirit of the scheme. The same at breakfast the waiter asked me every day if I would like eggs cooked to order which I declined, until the last day I requested an omelette and was told no, I couldn't have an omelette as there were scrambled eggs on the buffet table. Priceless !!

Great option for Jaffa
Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very comfortable, and the lack of a pleasant view was not a big deal. Easy walk to restaurants and the beach, and also to bus stops. Only downside was housekeeping. Dirty toilet when I checked in. Tea, sugar, water refills have to be requested at the front desk.

Dan is great!
This hotel is super clean and lovely. Dan in the restaurant was so nice and attentive making sure i had a pillow 9for my bad back) at breakfast. The only blip I had was my request for an 8am alarm call on the last day went haywire and I got woken by an automatic reminder on the phone at 6am and 7 am . The 8am call never came!

Hotel is conveniently located in the Jaffa area easy walk to the old city historical sites, lots of restaurants, and near the water. Hotel has a nice 5th floor terrace. Rooms spacious and clean. The bathroom’s wall is glass. It took us one day to figure out that by pressing a switch we could make the glass opaque for more privacy.

Erg vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was prima. Mooi hotel, gunstig gelegen en mooie kamer. Om de hoek zaten een paar prima restaurantjes, waar we lekker hebben gegeten. Alleen jammer dat de kamers niet geheel donker zijn. Wij kwamen laat aan en hadden graag wat langer geslapen.

We arrived much earlier than standard check-in because of flight schedule, but the hotel staff was extremely gracious and took good care of us! Numa's environment is unfailingly hospitable and it's decor includes a delightful sense of humor..

Nach eine Rundreise in Israel sind wir hier als letzte Station angekommen. Eine sehr schöne sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel in eine sehr gute Lage. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das personal ist unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit!! Hier fühlt man sich alles sehr wohl!!

Liebes Numa Hotel Team, Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt bei Ihnen im Hotel und möchten uns auf diesem Wege noch einmal herzlich bedanken. Das familiengeführte Hotel hat uns durch seine Sauberkeit, das zuvorkommende Personal und die herzliche Atmosphäre beeindruckt. Das Frühstück war unglaublich lecker und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders die wundervolle Dachterrasse hat es uns angetan, die einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Stadt Tel Aviv bietet. Wir möchten uns besonders bei Val bedanken, der während unseres Aufenthalts besonders aufmerksam war und uns mit wertvollen Tipps für die Stadt versorgt hat. Sein Fleiß und seine Umtriebigkeit haben uns sehr beeindruckt und trotzdem hat er immer wieder Zeit für uns gefunden und war sehr herzlich. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt sind die Kissen in den Betten, die leider etwas steif und keine Federkissen sind. Dennoch haben wir insgesamt immer sehr gut geschlafen und das hat unser positives Erlebnis im Numa Hotel nicht beeinträchtigt. Wir können das Numa Hotel jedem empfehlen, der nach Tel Aviv reist und freuen uns darauf, bald wieder bei Ihnen zu übernachten. Vielen Dank für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt! The hotel was cold and the first time I asked about getting heat I was told that was not possible as the hotel as on central air control so I was freezing one night. The next night someone came to operate the heating system. Otherwise the hotel was excellent. Great location, staff, decor, new and clean with a great roof deck.

Ruim, localizado em uma rua sem saída, a equipe parecia que estava fazendo um favor ao nos atender, não gostei do atendimento. As toalhas eram finas e tinha barulho na rua. Pedimos uma bag de café de manhã no dia que teríamos o tour cedo e simplesmente esqueceram, ficamos sem comer nada e não nos devolveram o dinheiro que pagamos pelo café que não foi entregue. Péssimo atendimento.

Great Boutique Hotel in Jaffa
We had a great stay. Location is close to Old Jaffa, with lots of great food and shopping. Hotel was very clean and room was comfortable. The rooftop area is wonderful and was a great place to relax. We would highly recommend this place. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Beautiful property! Lovely rooms and great staff! One of the best stays we’ve had in Jaffa. The perfect location close to shops & restaurants, incredible breakfast. Highly recommend. underground parking is a plus.
