"This is a unique property in the Spanish Quarter. Vehicles cannot drive to the entrance, which is very difficult to find if you think you are looking for a traditional hotel. It would be helpful for the hotel to send a photo of the entrance or post one on the website so it would be easier to find. However, once you find it, it's a great spot. 1. Add a shelf in bathrrom for toiletries and a magnifying mirror would be great
2. Add some blackout liner to the window it got light very early.
3. Add a comforter for the bed. There was also no sheets for the pullout bed

"We did choose Napolinn for its good reviews and we were not disappointed. Super service, very clean and at a good standard. For breakfast you could choose from a list and a bit more. Fantastic coffee, fresh bread, eggs and omelets. Located close to the harbour and city.

"It’s a great place to stay at e.g. having a bed. The people at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. Helped us getting a bit earlier into our rooms, recommending an upgrade. Turned out to be not very costly and worth every penny. Don’t choose this place for the restaurant or bar. This was unfortunately below the standards of the amount of stars that this hotel has. So I can recommend it for the central location. Can be bit noisy at times, but it’s not too bad. We had a room facing the square and metro station. Sleep here. Eat and drink elsewhere. A bit of context to the bar and restaurant. Bar wasn’t opened or rather there were no staff present. Not very good drinks. Ordered a Negroni, being in Italy you should think that they could make you a proper one, which to my opinion was not the case. A bit pricey on the quality. The restaurant, where to start; service was not really that great. Not everything on the menu was available for either the food or the wine list. Breakfast was ok if you get there early. We got there 8:20 AM and there were almost nothing there. The scramble eggs, supposedly would be there in three minutes. Which was the standard answer, even when asking second time after my initial question 5 minutes before. Dinner was not a great experience. Nothing on the menu looks like anything that they are advertising on the screen in the lounge area. Neither the plating or presentation of the food is associating it with fine dining as they claim it is."

"Virkelig et dejligt hotel. Personalet er venligt. Værelserne er store og i pæn seng og virkelig god madras, pude og dyne. Tagterrassen er skøn at afslutte aften på. Beliggenheden er god hvis du skal bruge offentlig transport ellers kan de virke lidt skummelt, men der er mange gode spisesteder i området. Morgenmaden er lækker og der er en del at vælge i mellem. Eneste minus er at jeg godt kunne bruge et køleskab. "
