"This hotel is phenomenal! Gennaro and Flavio, the hosts, welcomed us warmly. The apartment given to us was very spacious, so much so that it fit four of us comfortably. It’s very modern and clean, and the AC works perfectly well, especially on hot summer days. It’s close to everything! We were able to walk to the port, historic center, and other attractions. The attention to detail is admirable, Gennaro and Flavio were amazing hosts. We’d definitely stay here again!"
"Great B&B located in walking distance to all the attractions. Very friendly host couple who gave us a lot of tips about the city. Our flight was very late but they stater up to welcome us after midnight and printed documents for us. Nice big room, very equiped bathroom with shampoo, hairdryer ect. The breakfast was good too. Very recomendable.

"We had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii). The Bed and Breakfast isn't very noticeable on street level, but once you get to the 5th floor and above, you have a lovely view of the city. The terrace on the 7th floor, where we had breakfast, is very nice. We will select this place if...

"It’s a great place to stay at e.g. having a bed. The people at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. Helped us getting a bit earlier into our rooms, recommending an upgrade. Turned out to be not very costly and worth every penny. Don’t choose this place for the restaurant or bar. This was unfortunately below the standards of the amount of stars that this hotel has. So I can recommend it for the central location. Can be bit noisy at times, but it’s not too bad. We had a room facing the square and metro station. Sleep here. Eat and drink elsewhere. A bit of context to the bar and restaurant. Bar wasn’t opened or rather there were no staff present. Not very good drinks. Ordered a Negroni, being in Italy you should think that they could make you a proper one, which to my opinion was not the case. A bit pricey on the quality. The restaurant, where to start; service was not really that great. Not everything on the menu was available for either the food or the wine list. Breakfast was ok if you get there early. We got there 8:20 AM and there were almost nothing there. The scramble eggs, supposedly would be there in three minutes. Which was the standard answer, even when asking second time after my initial question 5 minutes before. Dinner was not a great experience. Nothing on the menu looks like anything that they are advertising on the screen in the lounge area. Neither the plating or presentation of the food is associating it with fine dining as they claim it is."
"We stayed at the hotel on our first trip to Napoli. We were excited to stay central to the city in the beginning, but we quickly realized that this central part of the city is very poor and seemed unsafe due to the constant presence of the police on the streets during our whole stay. We stayed in a very small room in the hotel, but all the facilities worked without problems. There was always someone in the reception to ask for help if necessary."
