"Rooms and common areas are always clean. There is a great patio on the 3rd floor with glass panels to relax on a chase and enjoy the view of the beach on really hot days. Breakfast is really good with the ability to personalize it from the grill and at a good price. Staff are very friendly and helpful."

"This is the place to stay if you're into more traditional quiet cottages rather than big standard hotels. Angie's is so cute and cozy! The beds are very comfortable and everything extra clean. On top of that Steve Sr. is a hoot! And his dog Shredder is a sweetheart. We could talk forever with Steve and learn the history and interesting facts about the community. So much fun! Also great location, next to the beach and board walk and great restaurants. Loaded up on oysters. We will come back here...

"I got a last-minute, last room on a Wednesday. The price was good for the location. Despite the (tacky) haunted mansion attraction across the street, and public restrooms located in their parking lot. This is an older, but clean, property that It is right on the boardwalk, steps away from the beach, and closer to the pier than the Neptune statue (but not far!). There is a small restaurant that serves expensive, for what it is worth bottled beer bar onsite. I did not eat at the restaurant...
