"Love, love, love, the staff, the room, the DJ! What took away a star was the menu (sushi grade salmon on the bagel instead of smoked was definitely a fail and i ordered 3... terrible) and size of the "infinity pool". The cocktails and mocks were amazing. Juices were great. Service staff outstanding as said before. Definitely coming back just having food elsewhere. Please just enhance the menu a make it much larger and room service please. I would love to treat this destination as a full on...

"Hotel is very nice, spacious and clean. Beds and bedding were excellent. Shuttle from hotel to oceanfront is amazing. But they don't treat Expedia check-ins well. Check-in was at 4pm, we arrived at 2:40- fully expected that we may have to wait until 4pm. After visiting the front desk 4 different times, they "found" us a room at 5:45pm. The woman who actually got us a room told me that they "couldn't be flexible" because we booked through Expedia, and not Hilton."

"I loved the amenities! The pools and hot tub are amazing! I love the adults only pool area. The location is amazing! The staff was helpful and attentive. However the room left much to be desired. It was dirty and super small. It might sleep four but you all can’t move around at the same time. The bathroom was so small you bump into the toilet, shower and sink all at the same time as soon as you open the door. "The last time I stayed here my refrigerator in the room was turned down as low as it could go and it froze all the food I took. Could not eat it. Told the staff about it and they could have cared less. Heard other people say the same about the room refrigerator. This time my room air conditioner made so much extra noise I couldn’t sleep. If I fell a sleep it would wake me up when it turned on. Once again I told the front desk and once again they could care less. I will never stay there again!"
