"We booked our annual trip to Virginia Beach prior to the new year at this Hilton, which was a different resort we had not stayed at previously and expected an "Ocean View" as that is the accommodations we had booked.. Please be advised that you will not receive an Ocean View and were told this often happens to guests due to misleading advertising by the resort. "Check in was easy, Shay at front desk very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable."

"Tv wasn’t working, the mattress weren’t the proper size as the bed frames, and will move around every time you would lean on them. Road noise was as clear as it in the room."

"It was beautiful. The view was awesome. The room felt cozy, it smelled good and it was clean. The only issue I had was that they did not clear out the drawers near the bed, and my youngest child found some “unmentionables” in there. It was awkward nonetheless our trip was amazing and the staff was very kind."

"The person at the front desk was rude to everything I asked. They charged me $35 for parking and I had to park three blocks away. There's no elevator, not all the rooms face the beach, and the hotel structure is old and rusty."
