"I booked a king suite room and ended up in room 301. This room was in terrible condition- it was extremely outdated, nasty carpet, no lighting whatsoever in the front room, and the king sized bed in the back bedroom appeared to be a Murphy bed that was not a king sized bed. I called the front desk to switch rooms and was told they were booked for the weekend and there were no other rooms to move to. The Manager, Emily did provide additional layers of bedding on the mattress of our bed because we...

"Booked 2 rooms for my daughter's 18th bday. We had a great balcony view. The staff was absolutely wonderful. When there was a mix up about the parking garage, a staff member at the front reimbursed my parking AND $3 extra. The halls did smell like cigarettes and the ice machine had dirty ice...but overall it was clean and I would stay again. "

"The breakfast was extremely limited. They only had bagels, grits, eggs, waffles, cold cereal and yogurt. They didn't have bread, which was an issue for my son who cannot chew bagels. Upon check-in, I was slapped with an $18/day parking fee, although Expedia listed this property as offering free parking. The manager on duty was kind enough to remove the fee."
