This room was in terrible condition- it was extremely outdated, nasty carpet, no lighting whatsoever in the front room, and the king sized bed in the back bedroom appeared to be a Murphy bed that was not a king sized bed. I called the front desk to switch rooms and was told they were booked for the weekend and there were no other rooms to move to. "The staff was super kind and professional. This includes valet, porter, bar and reception. The hotel is in an ideal location. My only issue is that some guests don't know hotel etiquette - gregarious conversations need to be saved until you've left the hallways. So many adults talking in the hallway and random children running up and down the hallway."

"The breakfast was extremely limited. They only had bagels, grits, eggs, waffles, cold cereal and yogurt. They didn't have bread, which was an issue for my son who cannot chew bagels. Upon check-in, I was slapped with an $18/day parking fee, although Expedia listed this property as offering free parking. The manager on duty was kind enough to remove the fee."
