One night in Tangier
The room was perfect. We had a spacious duplex room. The bellhops were almost aggressively helpful. For a family who prefers independence that was the only negative thing about our stay.

Medium standard hotel - bad service!
The hotel is medium in terms of what they can’t can provide and the condition of the hotel. Breakfast buffet is standard or just below standard. The service, though, is nowhere to be found. We were booked in to the wrong room, the fridge did not work and the water tap was not working. When I asked to change rooms I received a standard answer: we are fully booked. A manager booked us into a different room where the water tap was also broken. The next day when we asked for an Iron it took three calls and 50min to get it. Check in and Check Out takes forever. Will not recommend it.

Vi ankom ca kl 1.45 om natten. Selv om værelset havde været booket ca 1½ måned i forvejen, var der intet værelse til os da vi kom!!! Vi måtte så over på et andet hotel for natten og retur næste formiddag. Syntes generelt ikke de havde styr på noget i receptionen. Der var en rigtig fin pool område, bare utrolig synd og ærgerlig at man fra kl 14 begynder at spille øresønderdøvende højt arabermusik

Dette hotel er ikke 4 stjerner eller 4,5 katgori ;( Værelset er lille og er vinduer beskidte - badeværelse uden lys på spejlen - bruserhovede sad ikke fast i væggen - kl 3 om natten flyttet personalet møbler rundt på 7 etage- jeg biede på 6. Hotel restaurant er dyret.

Super lokation
Hotellet har en rigtig fin lokation, udsigten er perfekt og der er super service. Room service var dog dyrt og larmen fra vejen trænger igennem vinduet hvilket man lige skulle vænne sig til.

hotel Solazur. En dejlig oplevelse
At bo her er en ren nydelse. Alle smiler og er enormt hjælpsomme og venlige. Selvom vi tjekkede ind med meget kort varsel, var der ingen problemer overhovedet. Hotellet i sig selv er meget smukt indrettet og har en fantastisk reception. Poolområdet er rent og lækkert og med suveræn service. Placeringen af hotellet giver en fantastisk udsigt over havet, men desværre også en placering op af adskillige meget støjende natklubber. Den voldsomte støj kom dog fra områdets unge mænd, der brugte boulevarden som racer bane det meste af natten. så bed om et værelse med pooludsigt, hvis I vil ha jeres nattesøvn. Men resten af hotellet er virkelig en god oplevelse.

Right by the ocean front.walkable to the Marina, restaurants and train station. Staff at front desk very helpful. Special thanks to M. Moualooakil for helping me print my tour bus tickets Thursday night. We had trouble printing and he was very kind to print from his phone number for me. He went above and beyond fo make it happen. Thank you. Breakfast was good and I was able to use pool and gym without any problems.

Nous avions choisi une chambre triple (suite vue sur mer) très belle suite luxueuse et bien équipée. Mais le lit de la 3e personne a mis du temps à arriver… Salle de bains et douche magnifiques mais la pente insuffisante dans la douche fait que l’eau inonde la salle de bain. Nonobstant c’est un magnifique hôtel en bordure de plage et nous y reviendrons sûrement. Le petit déjeuner est somptueux et pour tous les goûts ; le restaurant marocain est excellent et on y dîne en musique avec l’orchestre chaque soir.

The room was beside construction building. At 8:30 am bang bang bang non stop. One day we had no cold water, only burning hot water. We asked how much for transportation to airport, been told 100 MAD, arrived at airport , driver demanding 200 MAD (we toke airport to hotel normal airport taxi which charged us 150 MAD and we thought we got robbed)

The area is in a great location but those rooms are terrible and nothing like in the photos. I booked the hotel thinking I was gonna spend a great vacation in a nice place but reality was nothing even close to that. The room was so outdated, very dirty and old . Ants were everywhere, and good luck sleeping at night from people’s noise . Even the a/c fan was squeaking and the room was about to breakdown . I really wouldn’t go there anymore.

Very noisy hotel by the sea. I could not sleep all night. The people in the hotel are too commercial minded and fake.

Not worth it
Room was nice. Front desk - no helpful - basically ignored requests Ran out of money to exchanged Getting a taxi so difficult and then when you give them instructions follow on your google map they decide they will take you where you want.

I do not recommend this hotel
The first room I got smelled extremely bad. Like mold. I got a new room which had no towels. When the housekeeper had been to my room he/she left the door open which made it possible for anyone to get in to my room. I of course talked to the reception about all of these issues and they said they would try to talk to the responsible people. How ever that did not really help me at the moment. The street outside the hotel is very busy and I could hear the honking cars all night. Did not bother me, but is maybe not suitable for someone who needs a quiet environment to sleep. The beach outside the hotel is very dirty with trash everywhere. I went for a walk in the morning and saw trash going into the sea with the waves. People were sleeping on the beach with cardboard as a cover from the sand. The breakfast was good. The towel service was nice by the pool. Unfortunately the hotel not at all to the expected standard. The bare minimum I expect from any hotel is an apology when something goes wrong and that they close the door to my room after cleaning it.
