"The location on the Akumal beach is fantastic and worth going for. The room - a penthouse - was lovely with amazing views and a private outdoor jacuzzi to watch the the local birds from. This is a big hotel with many guests meaning that some of the charm of the location fades when you move around the hotel facilities. Lots of food options, some very nice, some more moderate. The fine dining options vary in quality, mainly because the authenticity lack despite the effort and mouthwatering menus. We enjoyed the Mexican and the European restaurant the most. The grand buffet also had fine moments with freshly grilled gambas and lovely fruits for breakfast. The sushi bar by the pool was a disappointment. No taste in sushi rolls containing too much rice and too little fish. And what does cream cheese do in a sushiroll? I think management should ask themselves why they have a no reservation policy for sunbeds that is posted everywhere when they clearly don’t remove towels that some guests put out before sunrise? That leaves the hotel’s guests with the worst manners to set the rules and downgrades the whole experience, when you wander amongst the empty beds looking to find one that is not reserved. "

Dejlig strand med mange liggestole, fine poolområder og flotte grønne velplejede områder overalt - svært ikke at være tilfreds."

"We were a family of 5 and after a few complications finding the right rooms Jazmin in the front desk showed excellent customer service and found a great solution for us. The hotel is really really nice. The rooms are spacious and new. The pool areas are fantastic, the beach is wide and white and the food and drinks were above our expectations. The only thing to consider is if you need connecting rooms. If so, this is only available with a booking in family selection, which is at a premium price. Service and quality justify the price, but it might obviously be too much for some. For all who can stay in one room or do not need connecting rooms this hotel is highly recommended."
