"This place is like dream! Really nice interior design. Comes with washer dryer which is an added plus if you plan on staying longer than 5 days. Just remember to not flush anything down the toilet! Not even toilet paper. The toilets here extremely sensitive."

A 15min walk from downtown Veleta where there are plenty of fun things to do and a 15min bike ride to the beach it is very centric. Place is very well outfitted and has everything you would need to have the perfect stay. Rooftop palapa and pool are super fun to have and enjoy. Highly recommend!"

"This was a last minute rental for us due to a cancellation at our chosen property because of a power outage. The positives of the home are the parking, the home is situated directly on the ocean with a small pool also oceanfront, The air conditioners work really well and the showers have lots of hot water. "My family and I came to Tulum to celebrate my 50th birthday, and had a wonderful vacation. Our stay at Casa Kevali was a treat! The house is spacious and accommodated our big group. It is very nicely decorated, its name was perfectly chosen. Karla is a great host, flexible and easily reached. "Vores oplevelse på dette hotel var desværre ikke helt som forventet. Ved ankomsten blev vi informeret om, at alle deres a la carte restauranter var fuldt bookede, selvom der syntes at være ledige borde, hvilket virkede som en bevidst strategi for at dirigere gæsterne hen til bufférestauranten, der desværre ikke kunne leve op til forventningerne. Personalet virkede overbelastet og servicen var langt fra det niveau, man forventer på et femstjernet hotel. Værelserne levede heller ikke op til standarden for et hotel af denne kaliber. Den eneste positive oplevelse var børnepoolen. En yderligere udfordring på hotellet var manglen på poolhåndklæder. De var stort set ikke tilgængelige under vores ophold, hvilket var skuffende. Alt i alt er dette ikke et hotel, vi vil vælge at vende tilbage til."
