"We originally booked this unit and switched to other unit due to owner request and personal issues. On pictures unit looked even better, 2 story, 2 king beds and "sofa bed " that was for kids sleeping. Unfortunately, sofa bed is broken and old, not possible to sleep on it. Also, we had no washer, A/c in upper bedroom not working. Kitchen is equipped with all small appliances but very minimum pots and dishes. 2 days we had no internet, another frustration as happen when I needed the most. Not to...

"Great location, about a 10 minute walk to the center of town, and across the street from a grocery store. The host was very communicative before and during our stay, and check-in/out was simple. We loved the rooftop with plunge pool and all the fun birds that visited. The street is well lit and we felt safe walking home at night. There is only a futon in the living area, so probably best for only 2-3 people if you plan to spend much time there. Overall a great stay! "

"24 hour guard at property. We left property several times to grab a bite to eat, which everywhere we ate was fabulous and tasty. Prices very reasonable. The bar at intima was great. A swim up bar and places to sit outside the pool. Room was nice, digital entry with a safe inside. Only downside was it is not close to the beach. We walked one day to beach, 4 miles, no sidewalks and felt a it as bit sketch with the daily traffic. Taxi ride home was $40 one way back. The ocean was beautiful. ...

First off unfortunately there was a mixup and we were given the wrong apartment and were not able to switch due to no vacancy in the unit. "Vi boede her i to nætter. Huset er virkelig fantastisk at bo i. Så smukt med de fire afdelinger og pool imellem. Cenoten som ligger helt tæt ved er en kæmpe oplevelse, hvor vi brugte flere timer. Vi blev taget rigtig godt imod og giver dette sted en kæmpe anbefaling. "

"Vores oplevelse på dette hotel var desværre ikke helt som forventet. Ved ankomsten blev vi informeret om, at alle deres a la carte restauranter var fuldt bookede, selvom der syntes at være ledige borde, hvilket virkede som en bevidst strategi for at dirigere gæsterne hen til bufférestauranten, der desværre ikke kunne leve op til forventningerne. Personalet virkede overbelastet og servicen var langt fra det niveau, man forventer på et femstjernet hotel. Værelserne levede heller ikke op til standarden for et hotel af denne kaliber. Den eneste positive oplevelse var børnepoolen. En yderligere udfordring på hotellet var manglen på poolhåndklæder. De var stort set ikke tilgængelige under vores ophold, hvilket var skuffende. Alt i alt er dette ikke et hotel, vi vil vælge at vende tilbage til."
