There were two seperate rooms, each with its own locked door, each with its own queen bed, bathroom & shower. It was perfect for us. "Dejligt ophold med god service, alle hilste pænt og hjalp både med bestilling af taxa eller ved diverse spørgsmål og oplevelser. Alle jeg mødte var serviceminded udover det sædvanlige. Værelserne var rummelige og renlige, og daglig rengøring. På min fødselsdag stod der en fin lille kage og håndskrevet kort. Intet at sætte en finger på. Jeg kommer snart igen."
"We spent one night at Triada hotel, where we arrived in the evening and we were welcomed in the reception with an easy check in and easy payment. There was a guy that helped us with our luggage too. One weird thing was that the hotel was separated in 3 buildings so we were escorted over to another building closer to the walking street and guided up to the 6th floor in the building with elevator. The room was cute and had an antique aesthetic. The view was beautiful of a church just next door. We could not hear any noise from the streets.
I was especially surprised over how big the bathroom was and how clean it was too.
Breakfast in the morning was also in another building on the top floor. Great breakfast - no complaints. It does not present a luxurious breakfast but it is a good breakfast for sure.
I would definitely not mind staying at Triada hotel again."

Hotellet ligger helt fantastisk uden støj og trafik. Lige ved siden af Istiklal caddesi og lækre restuaranter og sports barer.
Personalet var alle meget søde og hjælpsomme. Specielt hr. Mehmet Korkmaz og Cihan som vi talte med når vi behøvede hjælp. De var virkelig meget service mindede og hjælpesomme.
Hotellets spa område var også et besøg hver efter nogen lange gå ture hele dagen i Istanbuls gader.
Kommer helt sikkert igen på dette hotel. Beliggenheden er en 10' er. "

"Vi var placeret i en suite lige under baren på terrassen hvor der har endda meget højt musik der forstyrrede nattesøvnen. Søndag regnede der om eftermiddagen og der kom vi hjem til en suite, hvor der havde været vandskade så sengene stod oprejst og der var kaos. Vejret er selvfølgelig en faktor og vi blev flyttet til en andet værelse, men det tog sin tid og vi måtte rykke 2 gange - det var ikke imponerende og afkortede jo vores sidste aften i byen noget."
"4 star hotel and the rooms are nice but the service all around the hotel is poor, clueless and often disrespectful.
Disrespectful especially in the spa area. The ladies working there treat you the guests as if they allow us to be there, giving mean looks, showing annoyment, cleaning with the mop while we are still laying by the pool relaxing. Turning off sauna all the time that you have to go and ask for it.
There is no relaxing atmosphere in that spa because of those ladies working there.
The receptionists and other staff that help with luggage is okay but they are not really helpful. Except only 1 and I don’t remember her name. Others give wrong advices. Tried to send me to ATM to get cash for the airport shuttle. Said it is 50 meters. I walked in a ruined buildings and ugly dirty street and there was no ATM
One big note. The hotel is located on the outside of Taksim so it’s surrounded by dumpsters, broken homes, dirty road, ugly buildings. It is scary. That’s why they have a little shuttle car to drive you up to Taksim center.
It is close to the hospital where people do hair implants. So you see the men with bloody bandages on their head and visible blood in the hotel. For example in the restaurant for breakfast. It is not okay for some people who cannot see blood.
Anyway it is not worth the money and it is not 4 star hotel.
