Absolut anbefales - venligt personale, behagelige smil og virkelige hjælpsomme. God restaurant - den bedste asiatiske Skaldyrs/diverse marinerede kød grill buffet vi har fået - super! Blev opgraderet til værelse med udsigt over søerne og fik masser af hjælp ifm. anbefalinger til museer osv.

The location is super convenient to attractions around town. The hotel is also very neat and clean. Staff are friendly. Only downside is that the hotel parking is at Level 6. A bit troublesome driving all the way up.

The staff were attentive and informative. Particularly helpful when I let the taxi drive away with my bag in the boot. All sorted in 20 mins and I was able to catch my train.
Taiping is a blessed relief after the speed of KL. The pool is relaxing and it is only a 10 minute walk to the Taiping Gardens.
I will definitely be back.

Can’t beat it for location. Drinking water supplied in refillable glass bottles should be secured with tamper-proof seals. Check-in staff, for reasons unknown, looked stern. Very slow & unreliable wifi

Great location. We stayed in a grand king bedroom and it was very comfortable. However, wifi speed & reliability were way below par. While we commend the hotel for not supplying toiletries & drinking water in single-use plastic containers, the glass bottles containing drinking water should be secured with tamper-proof seals

For your information, we have moved to environmental friendly packaging for bathroom amenities as well as coffee / tea sachets and we have stopped single-use plastic which is bad for the environment. We are providing refillable glass bottles with filtered water from our Diamond Water Filter System. Great hotel with spectacular views of Taiping and Banjaran Tiitwangsa. Great staff and convenient location. Can improve by making sure toilet seat is fixed and shower floor not too slippery. But everything else is superb.

Spacious, well-appointed room but doona would be more suited to Arctic conditions, which may explain the air-con being set to 16 degrees. Even when adjusted to 25 deg., it was still too cold - a bit ridiculous for the Tropics and not very environmentally-friendly.

The hotel is overall good. It’s conveniently located and attached to a mall. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
It’s just not clean to the standard I’m used to. Stains on the couch. Mouldy bathroom sink. Coffee station probably hasn’t ever been clean. Coffee stains everywhere. I had to clean the coffee station before I could use it.
The bed was clean.
I booked two rooms. One for my parents and one for myself. Both cost the same but both were not identical. One was smaller than the other. I was told they were both in the same category but that they were not the same. ?? Eventually they reassigned my parents to the same bigger room as mine.

What a lovely hotel, staff were absolutely fantastic and so hello and friendly, early check in appreciated and our special request for a high floor noted and. Loved the pool and views and also the fact they have a water refill station to save on single use plastics and also the refillable toiletries (not single use small ones) excellent hotel in a good position. Highly recommended

Overall pleasant stay but can be better
Stay was overall good, but got to do something about the pillows. The pillows are way too soft for any neck support. Hotel may consider changing out the pillow to firmer ones.

I booked two room connected to each other. It is better than family suite as it allow me to monitor young children sleeping on other room. Overall the room is cosy, ambient. The bathroom is clean and meet my expectation. TV channel is not digital/HD. This is the only drawback,

Very nicely done and maintained hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely come back again.
