"All in all a super experience "

"The staffs were all accommodating, friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcomed throughout the 4 days 3 nights stay. The waterpark experience was so pleasant, the lifeguard was very attentive. The breakfast selection was variety and the taste satisfied our tastebuds. The island hopping activity is a must try! Sea Mosses staffs were very good in coordinating the trip."

"All in all a good experience. All up to highest standard "

" Charmerende hotel, hjælpsom reception"

"Skønt, lille hotel centralt i den nye bydel i Ipoh - kun en kort gåtur fra den gamle bydel. Stort værelse med behagelig seng og alle fornødenheder på værelset. Meget hjælpsomt og gæstfrit personale og lækker morgenmad med både lokale og vestlige produkter."

"Since there isn’t daily room service, the unit should provide broom and other cleaning tools. Water filter should be provided too. Need improvement in cleanliness. The floor feels sticky. No tissue paper provided for living room."

"Besværligt at tjekke ind, havde ikke fået mail( formentlig havde de ikke telefonnummer) Meget dårlig hjælp fra receptionen! Utrolig dårlig udstyr til køkken! Værelse OK"

"Location wise this hotel is well placed. But the check in and check out procedures are slow. They have a paper system going for the security deposit (50RM) that seems quite unnecessary and makes everything quite cumbersome. But the breakfast was where we reduce our rating. The breakfast selection was very limited and things ran out quickly and took a long time to replace. There's lots of tables but they seemed to lack staff to clean up (it appeared a single person was doing everything in the...

"I recently stayed at Regalodge hotel for my first time in Ipoh. The first impression is the hotel has the old-school feeling of hotels were back like 30 years ago. The staff were friendly and helpful, when my phone was stuffing up, they recommended me to take it to a phone repair shop if it stopped working. The complementary breakfast was quite good, it’s more catered to Malaysian people so you’re getting the real deal here. When staying in an area for the first time, it’s the hotels first...

"We love the hotel’s Art Deco/contemporary luxury design, making it a truly unique and beautiful property. A lot of thought goes into every aspect from the impressive reception lobby to the luxurious bed linen. The welcome tea hosted on the Executive Floor lounge is a nice and hospitable gesture (well done)! Don’t miss going up to the rooftop garden. The views are amazing! The staff are helpful and friendly. Special mention of the Concierge Mr Amin who has a cheerful smile for everyone. The...

"Swimming pool was closed without inform us, the owner only let me know after I checked in. My daughter felt very upset because she couldn't use the pool and why I needed to pay more for the pool. Owner doesn't know to communicate with me through Expedia's platform, very inefficient. I won't be use this property again."

"Stayed in two different rooms, both can not be consider as clean. Water stains everywhere in the bathroom. door knobs, light switches are sticky. Not a very good experience overall."

"A wonderful, charming little hotel where everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and always happy to help. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and full of character. We especially loved our terrace overlooking the koi pond—it created such a peaceful atmosphere. Our teenage children absolutely loved it too. We would happily stay here again."

"Shop nearby, good location"

"Good stay considering price, the night park ticket and breakfast included. Check in was smooth and delightful with clear guidance. Disappointed regarding the condition of the room considering its a sunway group hotel. My previous stays within sunway was of higher quality. All in all great value for money"

"部屋があまり広くないのは仕方ないこととして、身の回り品や着替えなど、物を置く場所がない。 立地条件はよい。回りに多くのレストランがある。 スタッフの対応は丁寧だった。"
