"Clean and cozy. Downstairs arcade room had plenty of large arcade games plus a huge tv and loads of couches to lounge on. Upstairs had a kitchen to cook in. Great spot for dropping a line. "

"The owners have put a ton of energy and effort into making this house comfortable. From labeling light switches and cupboards to posting instructions for the A/C next to the thermostat- they’ve thought of it all!"

"Overall, we loved our stay here. It is a good location, though personally I would not walk to the beach because of the distance and having to cross the main road (especially with small children). We got a beach pass from The Big Store for our car and were able to drive and park on the beach, so it was perfect. We did have to communicate with the host regarding the WiFi not connecting to the TVs and Chelsey was very quick at responding and we were able to resolve that issue, even though were were...

"Excellent room and bathroom. Cool furniture. Conveniently right above a restaurant/bar. They have a live band on Friday and Saturday. I love the old building. An eating area, a sitting area, giant bed. I loved it! "

"The stay was wonderful but the washer and dryer was broken and it’s a single unit so we had to air dry clothes bc no one told us it was broken. But I would definitely be staying here again in the future. "

"This west end Galveston house is older but very clean and well equipped. Only one bathroom and no tub/shower only, but there is a outside shower to rinse the beach off. Washer and dryer, and fully functioning kitchen. I did wish for more than one bar stool, as there is no dining set. Lots of living room, plenty of beds, and really cold air. 3 tvs, great internet, and outside kitchen/bar/firepit/volleyball. 2 sets of stairs and a ramp, which was great for our dogs. I’d love to stay there...

"The property was in a great location! Our young boys loved the bunk beds. It was so spacious and would've been ideal for a group bigger than ours but still cozy when we watched movies at night. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and would stay again if we come back!"

"This property was better than expected, mainly because of the pool that was not in the listing so that was a nice surprise! Fishing pier was convenient to fish. Wish there was more lights at the pier for night fighing though. Overall, we had a great time here!"

"Our family of four loved the home and had a fabulous stay. We enjoyed all of homes benefits due to its perfect location on Galveston Island. The home was exactly as described, facilities were clean, and the hosts were quick to answer any questions we had. We loved being able to take a short walk down to the beach, hop in the car to visit the seawall, restaurants, or just relax in the many comforts of the house. We look forward to staying again soon!"
