"You absolutely cannot beat the location of this property. It was as described and had pretty much everything you need. The only problem we had was the lockbox to where the key for storage for the grill / other amenities (assuming washer and dryer) we could not get unlocked. Other than that, everything was awesome. Will be looking to stay at this property again."

"It was a great location and super close to the beach. We appreciated the outdoor shower to rinse off before going in. The garage door could use some paint to make the property look more appealing at first look. We ran out of hot water quickly and I had to take a frigid shower. Living room couch was broken and we had to search for a breaker box to fix a flipped breaker to turn on living room light. Not really enough room in the living room for everyone in our party (10 people) to sit together....

"This house has a nice little fenced in yard for your pets, good size pool, cute fire pit area with chairs to relax and an outdoor shower (Area was dirty so we didn't use it.) If you're needing last minute things there is a Dollar General within 5 min and a gas station right around the corner. Also, I highly recommend visiting Way West Grill & Pizzeria, which is also right around the corner. Their food was delicious and they deliver! Overall, this house could use a little more attention to detail...

"I have stayed at this owner's properties a few times. Just like always, the house was clean and comfortable. A minor concern (sticky door lock from the salt air) was handled immediately with quick, clear communication and a personal visit. The owner even personally reached out when a severe thunderstorm would be coming through to warn us. My only advice is to use the mosquito spray they provide and follow the owner's directions for use immediately. The house is on the beach, but the grassy...

Plenty of room and those big chairs on the porch gave us hours of relax time with family just listening to the waves and watching the different birds flying up and down the beach. "The house was clean and the furniture and beds were comfortable. Being right on the beach was wonderful, watching the sunrise and enjoying the peace and quiet. Its a short drive to Galveston for shopping and restaurants. There is also a local grocery that has most of the conveniences and a large selection of items as well as several restaurants. If the property is available the next time we plan to go to Galveston, we will definitely stay here again."
