"This is our second time staying here. The first was 2 years ago when it seems all the listing photos were taken. While things are still overall in good condition, I did notice a lot of wear and tear on the unit that has not been addressed. One of the dining chairs was broken in the laundry room. The washing machine made some struggling noises when used and when I cleaned the dryer lint trap it was WAY overfull. The bathroom had pink mold on the tile. "We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold. Finally, at 6 p.m. someone showed up to turn on the heat in the downstairs apartment where it had been turned off by the tenants who had moved out suddenly. The property manager tried to blame me for not getting back with him to tell him we hadn't closed...
