"The hotel is close to anything you may be planning to do in Ann Arbor. Easy access to the highway and to campus or The Big House, and convenient to shopping and restaurants. The hotel has been completely renovated and the effort to keep it looking fresh and clean is apparent. The rooms are large, and having a fridge and microwave is extremely helpful. "The continuing issue that was present also under the prior ownership is that certain of the staff the handles the front desk is seriously under trained."

"Nice big room -good parking -very close to airport"

"Room service needs to learn to not touch peoples personal property. We came in not knowing they came in and found out that the cleaning lady had messed with our jumping spider enclosure. The lady must have freaked out and closed our spider in the door and smashed him. We let the other staff know and they called us a liar by saying they confirmed with room service that they didn’t do it. Y’all lucky I didn’t walk in on this happening."
