"Very peaceful and nice setup for the studios. Nice walking path to the falls. And had some really friendly people also staying in other studios. Fire pit was a great plus to the experience. Definitely will stay again for my next stay. Only complaint would be hearing the highway traffic. But i would stay again for sure."

"We enjoyed staying at the chalet on Sixteen Mile Lake! We were all very comfortable and woke up to a beautiful snowy, winter scene! We only stayed one night but we enjoyed playing a board game by the fire place, and we appreciated the little details, like the books and figurines in the bunk room. A great experience!"

"From the moment we pulled into the driveway to walking down the walkway and going into the house all three of us we're going on and on about the unique layout and cozy atmosphere.We toured all through the chalet and checked everything out and still was just excited about seeing the uniqueness of it all! Cabin... meet Chalet and that equals COZYOH THAT LOFT and looking down.. Kinda like the UBER SOFT AND AWESOME beds.Head right out the back door you'll be on a AWESOME deck and what we loved,...

"Loved the campfire at night, the privacy, but ease of location. It was so close to the lake and close to the small town. Kitchen allowed us to cook all of our meals there. We felt like the owners had us in mind when they prepared things. The garage space was a great bonus for staging tubes for the river or for the kids to hang out. Pictures don't entirely capture how much space is in the house. Would definitely stay again!"

"We really enjoyed our 3 night stay in the chalet. Everything was just as advertised and the home was very clean. There was a lot more space than we expected and it was well stocked with all the necessities, which is not very common with most rentals. The location was excellent. "The wife and I loved the chalet. Especially enjoyed the arcade game. Played some Donkey Kong, haven't played that since the '80s. Also loved the color of the kitchen cabinets. Took pics of the cabinets and of the paint can, so we can do ours the same color. Thanks!"

"We had two families together with little kids (6-8), and we all had a total blast. The house is absolutely amazing, stunningly designed, and it feels like a high-end retreat with all the coziness of a cabin/ski chalet as well. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. The kids loved the bunk room and the game room. And the hot tub was awesome, clean, and hot on a freezing winter weekend. We look forward to returning for another ski weekend! We took the kids to Boyne Highlands and then the next day...

"Everything about this property exceeded any expectation I had. The view- the land/rockscaping that takes you down to the river is just beautiful. The river is so close to the house the views are stunning every direction you look. There is a “patio” area that is literally on the river with comfortable furniture and is covered and dry even when it rained. The house is immaculate, clean and so comfortable. "Spacious and clean. Had all we needed for a family ski vacation. We had unfortunate issues with no hot water, but the host was responsive and had repairmen come twice to help…."
