The property is very old and the rooms reflect that. We found it had an odd smell and whilst the sheets were clean they also had a weird smell. The cupboards in the kitchen area had loose doors. The bathroom was ok but the shower wasn’t the best. Having said this-the location was perfect 😉

It was only a block away from Darling Harbour and very close to the train station. Huge room with a great view. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff.

Was quite dated in the room, chipped doors and run down kitchen. Only had less than a minute of hot water for showering each morning. Staff was very pleasant and helpful

The property was close to the Harbor and easy walking there. China town not far and great cafes and restaurants close by. Staff were friendly and prompt with check in. Room was very spacious

Well located. Room was good although only one saucepan with no handle. Staff were very helpful. In the public areas (lifts & hallways) the carpet was grubby. Overall good not great but would definitely stay there again.

Great location and pool. Room dated and in need of a good overhaul and repair with loose floor tiles, old kitchen cabinets. A few cleanable areas that need to be cleaned (side of fridge). Bed was comfortable and clean sheets. Light switches location poorly considered.

I was extremely disappointed staying here we had an early flight arrived at 9:30 ish and asked if we could check in early which we were told to leave our bags and come back in a hour clearly the room wasn’t ready and when we asked for a refund our room automatically got upgraded and apparently the system did it the night before whereas when asked if we could change our bed they said no coz the room we booked came with that bed only. I asked for the manager and he was so rude and so unprofessional I would never lie about anything and they accused me of lying where actually the staff member there told us to come back within an hour. The talk got heated and we just went to our room and then later on I came down and saw the manager and I apologised for raising my voice and all he said was yeah ok in the most rudest way he didn’t even apologise for what his staff said or anything acting like it’s all our fault. Had the worse experience here will never ever book with this hotel name ever again. I felt so disrespected and low they made me feel so bad about myself and had the worse time there. The sauna is not even properly and the swimming pool looked like it wasn’t cleaned. Just really disappointed and they honestly ruined my best friends 28th birthday

すぐ近くに大きめのスーパーがあり、野菜、総菜、飲み物、サプリなど色々買えて便利です。有名なデパートであるQVBもあります。 夜はすぐ近くのTown Hallの時計台がライトアップされ、現代のビルと共存する姿はシドニーの象徴的な風景の一つだと思います。 共用部は壁紙が剥がれたりしていたものの、部屋の中はモダンで綺麗でした。カーテンが分厚いの一枚のみだったので、明るい時間に外の目を遮るために薄いカーテンが欲しかったです。 連泊で、使用後のカップをテーブルに置いておいたところ、洗面台の横に洗った上で洗剤とともに置かれていました。嫌味ではなく思いやりだと思いたいところですが、どうして本来の場所に置いてくれなかったんだろうとモヤモヤしてしまいました。

Great location! But the property itself is very dated, not as pictured; walls are thin, there’s also mold/mildew in the bathroom. However, it is quite convenient to have a small kitchenette and washer/dryer available for an extended 1 week stay.

I waited from 6.30am to 3pm check in time - i got a room at 3 pm that actually slept 7 people and was a disabled room. The place needs some work as wallpaper hanging off, lights so bright it was like a hospital surgery. Staff friendly and cafe down stairs handy and good location. Could be so much better
