All of the staff worked as a team to make our vacation very pleasant and worry free. We didn’t want to leave the hotel and I guess that’s the only thing we can complain about it. Ms. Funda, hotel manager, was so wonderful and made our stay unforgettable; we are so grateful for the unique experience. We can’t wait to go back again."

" There are many stairs not only at this hotel but at many of the hotels in the area so if you are handicapped just be aware. However the staff at Zara Cave Hotel is very helpful and will carry your bags to and from your room as well as show you the amenities. The bathroom is well appointed and includes all kinds of items including toothpaste and toothbrush. The breakfast is wonderful with freshly made pancakes and other yummy delights. The view of the floating balloons early in the morning...
