"The hotel is located in the very centre of Goreme and everything (restaurants, cafes, bars, daily tour agencies) is in just walking distance. The hotel manager Metin was very welcoming and helpful for arranging daily tours and balloon rides. The place is very clean and breakfast is delicious. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here! Breakfast is ok. Staff is so kind and helpful with whatever you need. You really feel welcome here. The location is perfect and you get a beautiful view over the city.
Only minor complaint is, that the poolbar is alcoholfree, which was a bit disappointing.

"The hotel cancelled our ballon trip the 27th of May , 2025 and won't refund our money 600 EUR.
I have tried on several occasions to remind the hotel to pay back my money, but I keep getting the same answer: Wait a couple of days. It is now more than 7 weeks since they cancelled and they haven't refund me yet. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!"
"It was the most amazing experience to stay in this hotel. The hotel’s concept is inspired by Dante’s Divine Comedy and put many references throughout the hotel. All of the staff worked as a team to make our vacation very pleasant and worry free. We didn’t want to leave the hotel and I guess that’s the only thing we can complain about it. Ms. Funda, hotel manager, was so wonderful and made our stay unforgettable; we are so grateful for the unique experience. We can’t wait to go back again."

Moniq offers an excellent menu featuring local Turkish foods. The grounds are well maintained and beautifully landscaped. The cave rooms are beautifully furnished. Our stay was a recommendation of our daughter and son-in-law whom had enjoyed a wonderful stay a month ago. Highly recommend!"
