    With impressive high ceilings and an abundance of natural light, this apartment enjoys beautiful views over the tree tops of the adjacent park.

    A large, covered terrace invites to alfresco dining and seamlessly connects with the open plan kitchen and living space.

    Located in the ‘Wellington On The Park' building in a sought after city-fringe location, this three bedroom apartment is an amazing retreat complete with state of the art interiors.



    The Space:

    This apartment is conveniently located only a short drive to the international and domestic airports, golf courses and famous local beaches. Walking distance to many local restaurants and cafes. A short walk north are the converted rail yards now known as Carriageworks which is a creative hub of cafes and galleries including a bustling farmers market every Saturday. A short walk south is the Grounds of Alexandria, a café, bar and restaurant blended with charming gardens throughout which has become one of Australia’s most photographed locations.

    The train station and buses to the city are only a few minutes' walk away, for a quick ride to iconic Sydney attractions such as The Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge.

素晴らしいホテル

家族で利用しましたが、部屋に入った瞬間の開放感、清潔感に驚きました。インテリアのセンスもとてもよかったです!眺望も写真や口コミ通りの素晴らしい景色でした。家族でとても素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができました。また是非泊まりたいです。

Work Trip

Great place to stay close to Sydney CBD. Plenty of places to eat. Its very hard to get a place with parking and this place had two dedicated underground parking spots, plus we were able to pay a bit ore for a third spot which was required for our work trip. Clean, tidy and well looked after comfortable place. Will be staying again in the future.

Great Stay!

This was such a convenient location that it rates a "10" although we can only give it a "5". It was a clean unit in a quiet location close to the train that provided us transportation all over Sydney. We really lucked out on a place to stay for our first trip to Sydney. We'll be back!

Ideal stay in Sydney

Stunning apartment with absolutely everything you need for a few days stay in central Sydney. Kitchen is fully equipped with quality items, well laid out so that several family members can prepare a meal together. Top floor apartment gives beautiful views in all directions including the Waterloo Oval for local cricket matches. Perfect location a few minutes walk from Green Square station, connecting to all he places you want to visit. Check in and pre-stay all well organised.

Great balcony in the city!

Property as promised. Check in was perfectly detailed for success. The parking spaces were fantastic in the city. Short walk to train stations. Close proximity to Lucky Kwong- excellent food! And locomotive street where every meal was excellent and it was a great IGA. We enjoyed sitting outside every evening and watching the dogs, sports, and bats. The property manager was very attentive. Thank you for having us!

Lovely apartment

My husband, 2 children and I stayed in the apartment for just over 3 weeks and enjoyed the apartment very much. It’s modern and bright and across from a field which gave a nice view. Also not far from the CBD. The only issue was a delay in responses from the management company, though they were very friendly. And an extra cleaning charge because we used the oven and cooktop. Not happy about that but overall would recommend.

Quiet, clean and close to CBD

Only a 10 min drive to the heart of the CDB. This 3 bedroom unit comes with 2 free parking spots included and if you ask nicely they may accommodate with an extra parking spot, if needed (charges apply). We had a lovely stay at this property it was presented clean and everything you need for a pleasant stay, even a welcome basket that included wine (score!). The only downfalls I can say is the main bedroom's bed was 2 singles put together to make a king that you felt the split between the 2.. also the water pressure wasn't very strong in the ensuite shower. All in all, hands down one of the best stays we have had and will definitely be staying at this property again, if we are in the area.

Amazing apartment

Our family of 6 stayed here 7 nights. It was exactly as it is in the photos, gorgeous. It had everything we needed, plus an extra carspace... parking in Sydney is shocking so even just one carpark is 100% a miracle! Beds were comfy and we had all the kitchen appliances we needed. The apartment balcony overlooks an oval so even that was nice when we had some downtime... sit on the balcony and either watch all the dogs chasing sticks, or vicariously do a workout via the fitness junkies down there! Tv had heaps of streaming options which the kids loved. It's about a 3 min walk to the bus stop so we often did that rather than driving around the city, buses come every 10 or so minutes. Supermarkets were a few min drive... it really was a very good location. We often heard planes flying overhead but I'm sure everyone in Sydney's inner city is used to this. It was exceptionally windy one night and I couldn't sleep due to the rattling sliding door in our bedroom, but that was only one night (I ended up on the sofa), and most likely isn't the norm. All in all, we would absolutely recommend this apartment, and would love to return one day (we drove up from Melb).
