Surry Hills is an inner-city suburb of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. This neighbourhood is a creative central hub, home to the Brett Whiteley Studio and Belvoir St Theatre. Some of the city’s best organic cafés, lively pubs, fashionable wine bars, and hip boutiques can be found here.



Surry Hills Markets are held in Shannon Reserve at the corner of Crown and Collins Streets, on the first Saturday of every month, and the Surry Hills Festival is an annual community event, attracting tens of thousands of visitors, held in and around Ward Park, Shannon Reserve, Crown Street and Hill Street. The Surry Hills Library and Community Centre sits opposite Shannon Reserve and houses the local branch of the city library and the Surry Hills Neighbourhood Centre.

Surry Hills Light Rail is 3 minute walk from the property One direction will take you through the CBD to Circular Quay. The other direction will take you to either Randwick or Maroubra.



Sydney Central railway station, the largest station on the Sydney Trains and NSW TrainLink networks, sits on the western edge of Surry Hills and is a 6 minute walk away. Airport Trains run directly to Sydney Central Station.



Buses For buses to Bondi or Bondi Junction, take the 355 bus from the corner of Tudor Street and Crown Street. For buses to Coogee, take the 375 from the corner of Cleveland Street and Crown Street.



The Eastern Distributor is a major road, on the eastern edge of the suburb which as your at Sydney international or domestic airports in 20 minutes.

This is a strictly non-smoking property, inside, outside and in common areas.

Mandatory fortnightly general house clean of AUD$285 for bookings over 14 days.

Any bookings two months plus incurs an extra clean fee of $285.

Accidental lock out or failure to return keys to lock box at exit $175 (if used)

Please respect the neighbours of this peaceful neighbourhood with no outside dining past 10pm.
