We stayed overnight on a cold Saturday night, so the studio was cosy and lovely to have the heater turned on for us prior to our arrival. The room is as per the photos, very pretty and tastefully furnished and the huge TV was an unexpected bonus (the hosts have paid attention to small details that make the guest feel well cared for). A generous breakfast basket and some after-dinner chocolates were thoughtful and delicious. Unfortunately we didn't get the chance to meet our hosts as we checked in late and left early, but communication was efficient and any queries attended to promptly. The only negative was a slightly hard mattress (for me I felt a little uncomfortable while sleeping) and some noise coming from floorboards upstairs (although the studio is seperate from the main house, the noise was a gentle reminder you are a guest in a family home).
