Very efficient check-in, spacious room (we had a double room). My only negative is that when paying a couple of hundred bucks for a room that we are provided instant coffee instead of fresh coffee.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Perfect size and layout for our family of five. We were however extremely disappointed with the fact that both bedrooms had wet carpet that gave the apartment a terrible musky damp smell (we were unable to keep the windows open due to the traffic noise). Not sure if this was due to a burst water pipe or the air conditioners leaking. We were unable to put our luggage on the floor in the bedroom due the sodden carpets. We alerted staff to this problem and they were apologetic.

The unit had the balcony door wide open to air the room,an indication of the smell in the room. The lounge was cover in blood stains some attempt at cleaning had taken place at some stage however the lounge had multiple stained areas the length of surface not one part looked clean enough to sit on. Upon entering the unit the kitchen forms the right hand side of the hallway access,the kitchen smelt worse then a dirty restuarant commercial kitchen everything had a greasy surface . The provided cutlery was a mixture of spoons and forks and knives none or which matched and looked extrmly old and of poor quality. No tissues provided when I called house keeping I was instructed to come to the front desk to collect one box. I checked out later that night unable to feel comfortable in the poor condition of the unit.

Well equipped and comfortable 1br unit. Easy parking. Only let down by housekeeping - clumps of hair in shower, water leaking in bathroom sink and bed not made (reception said they only make the bed every fourth day - strange!). We have stayed here before with no issues, so would try it again.
