The property is the front house at 89 Victoria St, Werrington and is easy to access.
Guests may park in front of the garage or along the driveway.
Kindly note that the lawn area belongs to the rear tenant, so please do not park on the grass.

Guests have full access to the entire home throughout their stay, including the living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry area for longer bookings.

The property also offers driveway parking for guest vehicles.
Check-in is straightforward, and arrival details will be shared before your stay.

Once checked in, guests can come and go freely with their assigned access. This setup works well for families, business travellers, and work crews who may have different schedules.

Few things to be aware of during your stay:
The kitchen door lock and handle are slightly loose. It still works, but please use gently. A handyman is already scheduled to fix this soon.

We recently removed the boards from the step near the deck, so you may notice some glue where they were attached. Please be mindful when walking in that area.


The switch for the oven and stove is located under the kitchen bar, right beside the oven.
We like to keep guests informed to ensure comfort, clarity, and a smooth experience. Thank you for your understanding as we improve the home.
