Our architect designed free standing Federation home just 5 minutes barefoot from Manly beach is the perfect family escape. Thoughtfully redesigned for the indoor/outdoor lifestyle it opens to a covered jasmine-filled entertaining area with a sunny NE facing courtyard. Ideal for families in a quiet tree-lined street, it is only a short level stroll to cafes, Manly Corso and Manly Wharf.

Our beautiful, light-filled 4-bedroom house with ducted heating/cooling has all the luxury comforts and equipment you need for a relaxing holiday away. A large sunlit open plan kitchen, dining and living room area offers plenty of spaces to unwind, with an elegant library providing an ideal second living area with smart TV and couch. Kids and adults will be entertained with plenty of books, board games, a trampoline, movie DVDs, play equipment and an Xbox. A Nespresso coffee machine, soda stream, coffee, tea, pantry items and cooking essentials are provided along with beach towels, body products and a large well-equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Downstairs you’ll find two large bedrooms with beautiful heritage features and built ins, both with single beds and trundles that are perfect for the kids to sleep. Upstairs is the parents retreat with queen bed and luxury bedding, French style doors which open to a private terrace, built in wardrobes and a large ensuite bathroom featuring rainwater shower and heritage clawfoot bath. A fourth bedroom is also upstairs, perfect for grandparents or a couple with queen bed, luxury bedding and travertine ensuite bathroom.

Our home also features a hot and cold outdoor shower to freshen up after your swim, a multi-room Sonos sound system, WiFi, off street parking garage and numerous sun beds to laze away the days.
