What We Love

Gordons Bay Vista is an architect-designed four bedroom, four and a half bathroom home set over four levels in Clovelly, Sydney, about a 5 minute walk from Gordons Bay. It sleeps up to 8 guests across a king bedroom and three queen bedrooms, three with their own ensuite, and has ocean views, a private pool with sun loungers, a terrace with BBQ, air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, and a garage for 2 cars. Rated 5 stars by past guests.

It suits families and multi-generational groups wanting a pool and space to spread out, groups of friends travelling together, corporate teams needing parking and wifi in the eastern suburbs, and longer stays, with a full kitchen, dishwasher and laundry.

Living Level
Curved roofs give the home a dramatic yet cosy feel. On the main living level, clever zoning separates the living, dining and kitchen areas, while a calm neutral palette ties them together. Iconic Scandinavian chairs surround the formal dining table, and there's a choice of spaces to relax and chat. The kitchen has an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender and rice cooker. This level opens onto a spacious balcony with shaded areas, alfresco dining and ocean views.

Pool & Outdoor Living
The private pool wraps around the side of the house, overlooked by wall-sized windows, so light dancing off the water fills the home. Sun loungers line the pool, and the terrace has outdoor dining and a BBQ, with a private garden for extra space.

Sleep & Bathrooms
Four bedrooms, each with a statement headboard and plenty of space, are spread across the upper and lower levels. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and an ensuite with bath, shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and an ensuite with shower over bath. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and an ensuite with shower. A separate bathroom with shower and a powder room complete the home. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer are supplied.

The Neighbourhood

- Gordons Bay: This secluded, rocky cove is one of Sydney's best spots for snorkelling and swimming, with an underwater nature trail and colourful marine life among the reefs.
- Clovelly Beach: Your next closest beach is family-friendly Clovelly, a long, sheltered inlet with calm water that's perfect for swimming and snorkelling, surrounded by grassy terraces for picnics.
- Cafés & Bakeries: Pick up fresh sourdough and pastries from Iggy's Bread, a much-loved local bakery, or grab a casual brunch or a sandwich for the beach from Tucker, known for its seasonal menu.
- Coastal Walks & Beaches: The Bondi to Coogee coastal walk passes right by, linking Gordons Bay with Clovelly, Bronte, Tamarama and Bondi to the north, and Coogee to the south. Coogee and Bronte are each a short drive away, and Bondi Beach brings plenty more restaurants and coffee spots.

Buses run along Clovelly Road to the CBD and Bondi Junction, Uber and GoGet car share are readily available, and the garage means you can bring your own car.

- The home is set over 4 levels connected by wooden stairs, with about 16 steps between each level.
- The garage has a clearance height of 2.2 metres.
- The pool is not heated. It warms up in summer but will not get hot.
- Please supervise children around the pool and balconies at all times.
- This is a quiet residential street, and parties and gatherings are strictly not permitted.
- This is a smoke-free property, and pets are not permitted.
