    The photos do not do justice to the views our apartment offers. There is nothing better than spending the day on the 2 newly installed balconies, working on your computer watching the boats go by in the harbour. As you finish work and the sun begins to set, you get to watch the day turn to night, the city lights take over the sky and watch Sydney transform. This apartment has the best views Sydney has to offer!

    Our stunning Kirribilli apartment has just undergone renovations and is presented to the highest of standards.

    THINGS TO KNOW

    * Parking - We do not have a car space for this property. There is 2 hour free parking out the front of the building, Monday to Sunday from 8am to 10pm. Most of the backstreets, (2 minute walk from our place), as well as across the road from the apartment there is 2 hour free parking from the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Peel St has UNLIMITED FREE PARKING on weekends. Parking in the 8am - 6pm spots and free on weekends can be limited. We cannot guarantee a spot.

    * This property is suitable for babies or children. Items such as cots and high-chairs we do not supply, however, you are welcome to bring these yourself to the property.

    * Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

    * We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

    * Please note, The home has a 50L hot water system and can take up to 30 minutes or so to reheat.

    * Please note that access to the apartment involves some stairs. Guests will need to go down 2 short flights (12 steps total), followed by 4 flights going up (32 steps total) to reach the unit. Unfortunately, there is no lift access.

    * Enjoy a seamless stay with our hassle-free airport pick-up and drop-off service, exclusively for guests booked to stay our homes. Contact us for rates and booking details!



    HOUSE RULES

    * Check-in after 3 pm; check-out before 10 am. Fees may apply for changes. Approval required first.

    * No smoking allowed

    * Strictly No parties or events allowed.

    * No Pets allowed.

    * Guests must follow NSW Short Term Legislation.

    * All guests are required to accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form, as well as provide a valid ID and card details for security.

    * Max 4 overnight guests, 2 day visitors, 6 people total at any time.

    * Only approved guests/visitors allowed (written permission required).

    * Strict no-smoking policy; $500 fine may apply.

    * Respect neighbours; keep noise low, especially after 9 pm.

    * Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund (STRA terms apply).

    * Date changes allowed only if more than 1 month before check-in, subject to approval/surcharges.

    *Do not erect any umbrellas or covers of any sort on the balcony as it is against Strata Rules and may cause damage to the glass/railings.

***BEST VIEW IN SYDNEY!!! ***WOW! Loved sitting on the balcony watching the harbour action! Location was great, short walk to kirribilli jetty and restaurants, groceries etc. champagne and roses on arrival which was lovely and loved the sydney monopoly game! (Didnt play it but found it in the cupboard! ) would be a bit hot in summer due to no air con but we were ok with the fans. Fridge plastic shelves were broken so couldnt really store much in there, but apart from that everything was fine. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Location

We felt that not being right downtown was perfect. The ferry ride was convenient and so scenic. We also walked the bridge. The neighbourhood was much more quiet than staying across the bay but contained all we wanted, restaurants, parks, grocrey, easy connections for near and far excursions. The rest of my family couldn’t stop congratulating me on my wonderful find.

Great views, great location, clean and comfortable

Apartment is great for exploring Sydney. Very convenient for ferries (which are great). Kirribilli neighborhood is very upscale. Good restaurants and grocery shopping in walking distance. Apartment is well equipped and decent space for four people. The lack of air conditioning (seems like there’s very little in Kirribilli in general) is adequately covered by the ceiling and floor fans, and it’s only hot on odd days.

Stay January 2025

We enjoyed only the view from the apartment very much, unfortunately the cleanliness and also the furnishings leave a lot to be desired. We doubt that the sheets and towels were really washed. So here you really only pay for the view, which is a shame.What the remote control for the cool system is supposed to do is a mystery to us, as there is nothing for cooling. The heating in the bedroom doesn't work either.

Location, location

This property is right on the harbours edge and located on the top floor. Views are some of the best in the world encompassing the opera house, cbd & harbour bridge. Communication was professional and accurate. Property was clean and well provisioned. Quality of appliances was good. Probably not suitable for small children as EVERYTHING in the property is white or cream. It’s a 5 minute walk to a ferry to take you into the cbd and Milsons Point shops are also a 5 minute walk. Although. Wing in the heart of the city we were surprised just how quite it was, apart from the odd party boat floating past. Would definitely stay again.

Best view in Sydney, but...

The most amazing views in Sydney, bar none. BUT, there are so many issues with this place that you need to consider. None may be a deal-breaker for you, but you should go in with your eyes wide open. First, no air con. Most days it won’t be a problem, but if you’re there during a typically hot and humid Sydney summer day, you will be uncomfortable. Second, the stairs. One flight down from the street to the building entrance, then two flights up to the apartment, with no elevator. If you have lots of luggage or a heavy suitcase, it’s a challenge. Also, the amenities are minimal: it’s nice that they give you four bath towels, but there is only one hand towel, no face/wash cloths, one small kitchen towel, no paper towels or Kleenex. Finally, the place has seen better days. There is white carpeting throughout (who does that in a rental?), and every room has stains here and there. The white leather couch (again, in a rental?) needs cleaning, though there’s not much that can make up for the fact that it sits like it was last used by a couple of Sumo wrestlers. Again, you might easily overlook these things because the views are so amazing, and the neighborhood is terrific and convenient to everything. If you set your expectations appropriately, you’ll have a memorable time.

World Class 360° Sydney Harbour Bridge & Opera House Views

We Stayed at this unit for 6 weeks while working in Sydney . Great place and great views . When the verandas are finished it will be even better. Handy to public transport and plenty of choices in Kirribilli for restraunts . The people at Getawayz were friendly and helpful .
