Some honest truths
- No parking is included, but you may be able to park on the street. There is limited spaces as it gets busy, and its timed parking during the day time. This is something we don't have control over. You may wish to look at Parkhound where you may be able to hire a neighbours car spot.
- please provide 3 days notice minimum if you wish to use the sofa bed (a charge may apply otherwise).
- Similarly to every Bondi Beach apartment, and most of Sydney, there are insects especially during the summer that can fly/crawl in with windows and doors left open. We have a regular pest control for the property.
-Its an older walk up style building (No lift) and there is stairs from the street level, to the ground level, and then the apartment is on the Ground floor of the building. It isn't a new building and the apartment is fit out to be comfortable for you during your stay.

Short walk to the shops of Bondi Road including Woolworths.

Closest Laundromat for washing and drying is Foam on Flood st and Laundrlab on the corner of Ocean and Bondi Road.

Getting Around:
The property is located between Bondi Junction and Bondi beach with a short walk to the shops of Bondi Road.

10min walk to Bondi Junction (under 5min drive)
15min walk to the beach (5min drive)
Under 5min walk to nearest convenience store however metro60 is a great app for ordering groceries here.

Short walk to 2 buses into Bondi Junction and the city.
Easy street to catch Uber as well
