A 3 bedroom house that is only a one minute stroll to Clovelly Beach and ready for you to enjoy.
Beachy vibes throughout with large bedrooms, two living spaces and parents retreat upstairs with walk in wardrobe, own bathroom and your own private balcony with outdoor shower. Garage parking as well as unrestricted street parking in a lovely quiet street.

What you’ll love!

This coastal 3 bedroom home is a hidden beachside gem and is a short stroll from the wonderful Clovelly Beach.

The split-level home features breezy open plan living and dining, providing a holiday resort feel. The private patio is complete with a BBQ ready for outdoor dining.

Immediately, you'll feel relaxed and like you’re in a tropical resort.

After a day at the beach, walking the famous Bondi to Coogee coastal walk or discovering the many nearby Sydney sights, enjoy some quiet time chatting, reading your book in the hanging chair or watching TV in the cosy lounge room. With air ducted air conditioning throughout the ground level and split air conditioning in the main bedroom.

BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1 - Parents Retreat - The main bedroom upstairs has a queen four poster bed. Private ensuite bathroom with a shower, a bath and toilet and also a walk-in wardrobe. You also have an outdoor shower on the balcony with privacy screen. The bedroom has split air conditioning and also a ceiling fan. Should you need to catch up on some work or need your own space there is a desk with comfy chair in a your own private nook outside the bedroom should you need to catch up on some work.

This architecturally designed space gives ocean views whilst enjoying breakfast in bed or a coffee on the wrap around balcony which includes a foliage screened outside shower.

As the bedroom has retractable insect screens, in the evening, if you want. you can drift off to the sounds of the ocean.

Bedroom 2 - A comfortable bedroom that ensures a restful sleep with a lovely queen size bed. For a bit of timeout or catching up on the news this room also has a smart TV.

- There are a few stairs that lead to the entrance of the house from street level (downstairs section) of the property.
- The garage is located at the back of the property and a pathway up to the house, there is an additional bathroom to wash off any sandy items before entering the house and great for the kids. The front of the property also has free unrestricted parking and is a lovely cul-de-sac

Clovelly Beach is only a 2 minute walk from the property and is a hidden gem known for its calm waters, making it perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The beach features a unique, horseshoe shape, bordered by rocky outcrops and grassy areas, ideal for sunbathing and picnics. The beach is family-friendly, with shallow waters and a nearby children's pool.

The Clovelly Hotel, a beloved local landmark, offers a relaxed atmosphere with stunning ocean views. The hotel features a bistro-style dining area serving delicious meals and a great selection of beverages. It's a perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach, with a large outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze and stunning sunsets and it's only a 5 minute walk from the property.

Public Transport
Buses: Several bus routes service Clovelly, connecting you to Bondi Junction, Coogee, and the city. The buses are regular and provide an efficient way to get around.
Light Rail: The nearest light rail station is in Randwick, which is a short bus ride away and connects you to the broader Sydney transport network.

Taxis & Rideshares- Services like Uber and local taxi companies are readily available and can be a convenient option if you prefer not to use public transport.


Cycling- Cycling is a great way to explore Clovelly and the surrounding areas. There are bike paths along the coastal walk, and you can rent bicycles nearby if you don’t have your own.
