Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.



There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

Location, cleanliness and communication with owner was amazing. In my opinion, apartment should be geared to two adults and two children as the pull out couch is not elevated, and this made it difficult for middle aged adults. The building’s fire alarm system was triggered twice at 6:30am during our five day stay waking us up and requiring we evacuate (or begin the process of evacuating). Also, it is important to note that the address of the building is 243 and the room number 959. The area is really centrally located to Darling Harbor!
